    Second back workout of the week. First time doing TRX inverted rows. Saw it from a video of John Meadows. Really good excercise for smoking the lower lats.
    Too funny! I was looking at the TOTAL TRX KIT for training a few people at my little studio. I am always doing new exercises with the all the types of assistance and resistance bands; so the TRX trainers and attachments just seem to be a good buy and addition to my set up; plus it was on Sale!! Keep it up My Man

    Thatís coincidental haha! Itís absolutely a good addition to your studio. I wouldít hesitate bro. There are so many excersises you can do with them and believe it or not those inverted rows were freaking heavy

    Sick! Plus your building all those tiny stabilizer muscles and helps with overall growth! Some of the manual stuff is the hardest!!

    Which Injectable did you like better between the EP Anadrol and Dianabol?
    Curious. I am looking at some of the oral inj(Dbol, adrol, tbol). Appreciate it when you get time.

    Hey Max, they are both pretty awesome. But i choose injectable Anadrol by far!

    It give me a insane full & pumped look, without the water retention i got from the injectable Dianabol. That was the deciding factor between the two.

    I like hearing that! It is hard to do with the oral drol so my upcoming trial with it should be good. Gonna start at 12.5 up to 50mg to see how the water part works out. I am doing it to see for myself and it will make it easier for others pre contest.

    Got some BPC-157 from EP incoming in a few days and will start it immediately. Hopefully it will reduce the patella tendinitis, so i can go all out on legday again. Just waited for to long. I got this injury for almost a year and now itís almost chronically. Slowly going in the right direction with physiotherapy but itís a pain in the ass injury..

    Last few legdays the pain is way less bit still canít go all out on all the heavy compound quadbuilders.
