I don't know what was going on today, but really had a beastly leg day! 180kg squat went up easily so after that i bumped it up to 200kg and again a solid set. Also the rest of the training i was strong on almost all exercises and also a good mind muscle connection.
I love days when I feel powerful and surprise myself. It happens every once in a whille, it is like : I have more gas , hit the accelerator!

TD just arrived!
Next week i’ll upgrade my blast a little bit. I’ll add 20mg Cardarine and 50mg Anavar to the mix. The Efedrine will wait a little longer until i really need the extra energy.
Love that you got that !! Efedrina!! My favorite ! Gives me power when I have none ! Lol. Verra Nice TD! I am definitely going to try the high Var. Love the stuff , it is the most versatile oral IME/IMO; cut , gain, recomp. Plus I can use it longer . Good stuff Rigeu

I’m very curious how de Efedrina is going to turn out, last time i just a ECA stack is 2 years back lol. Now i’ll make an ECA stack myself with some caffeine and aspirins and this Efedrina.

One efedrina
One No doz or Vivarin(200mg caffeine) citrate or hcl
1 Bayer aspirin or Baby
Some use the baby aspirin but the real way is
20-25mg ephedrine hcl
200mg caffeine
325 mg aspirin
Some use 3mg Yohimbine HCL with it in place is aspirin because they can’t take aspirin.
Some start once a day, some 2x daily , some 3x daily but never after 3:30pm or the equivalent to bedtime. It helps to take until you stop getting results . Never so Clen with this : you can do either or. This is a fat burning favorite .
You can use a dose 30min before workout or cardio. IMO- start with once a day and work up. I only use for 6 weeks maximum then switch to Clen or off. Just MO. Not advice of any kind.
Always check with physician before taking new supplement and/or drug .

Second day on the anavar, took the 50mg pre workout and i have to say i’m suprised about how insane the pump was even though i was pretty low carb and energy!
From next week on i’ll start a carb cycle approach, the goal is to cut for 3-4 more weeks and then start rebounding. I have to make some progress pics very soon!
Var does give the super pump! Been doing fantastic with your log too!

How will next week look like?
The intention was to start carb cycling, but it's actually going so well with cutting that I don't have to make too big steps ... I still lose around 0.5% - 1% of my total body weight every week (currently 99kg), with minimal adjustments and my performance during training is still good! So we will continue the way i’m cutting right now. Maybe I should refeed back earlier / implement high carb days as carbs are dropping more right now. But we will do that by feel. For now, just low days during the week and refeed at the weekend.
TD 2700-2800 kcals (250 E / 300 K / 50V)
NTD 2500 kcals (250 E / 200 K / 60V)
(Saturday or Sunday - refeed / high day 3500+)
Cardio: 30 minutes on the exercise bike every day
Nice. Should see some body fat drop off and all the LBM will show!!
