Really good leg workout, focussed on going as deep as i can at the front squats. I can already notice a little bit less pain in my knees!

Yesterday i started at 20mcg clen, today i bumped it up to 40mcg and now i could really feel the effect. A little more shaky and just a little bit higher heartbeat but nothing to extreme.

Update week 1:
We’re at 105kg / 231 lbs right now, dropped another 2kg. I won’t change anything yet because things are progressing fast. I’ll keep clen at 40mcg and the AAS dosage won’t change either.
Kcals stay at 3500, let’s see what another week will bring :)

Had a really good legday! Tried back squats after a while and they felt very smooth, no knee pain or whatsoever. Quads are completed smoked right now.
 
My country is still in lockdown and it looks like the lockdown will be extended again...

But there is a positive thing i can tell! There is a gym in my neighborhood that has set up an outdoor gym where I will be training from tomorrow as long as the lockdown is still going.

Too cool! I got surprised the other day! I have New neighbors that just built a nice two level home (a couple plus other adults 24-27), anyway, I was walking my dog(excuse to get out and see some strange; 2 hotels on my Block) and they had like 3 guys and 2 girls with their garage open ; all training inside and in the driveway. They all stopped to see my Dog(I think) and of course I chatted them up being the nice, neighborly thing to do. They started their own little workout group(just 5 of em) and had some decent stuff; more CrossFit types but; they invited me to join them ; it was pretty cool to see. Definitely nice to have a decent neighbor! I wasn’t looking at the girls...honest

Expansion outdoors would be good in a decent area! I train in the rain (cardio) lol. I trained at a playground in Chicago snow before! Gotta get it somehow. A lot of us are paying for subscriptions, memberships we cannot use during this pandemic. I almost wish I liked golf! Lol . Bodybuilding is more my style. I can drive a ball though!

Nice Friggin Training my friend . Single Leg anything is quite difficult. I did Iso-lateral whole body training once, it was so odd! Worked!

Much harder indeed and it fixes muscle imbalances!

Yes. Indeed it does! I broke my hand (twice, actually) so I definitely had to do extra work to stay symmetrical/even. It was a workout that my papa gave me @ 16yrs old. I think Ellington Darden was the author. Some days I would do upper, left exercises and lower right exercises and vice-versa. I have done 38 programs from 6 weeks to a lot longer, lol. Just began my 39th the other day; super pumped!

The cut is going great, still able to get stronger on most lifts :) That’s probably because of the cycle kicking in lol. Starting to get some veins in my abs, quads and my arms are starting to get really vasculair. From tomorrow on i’ll drop my kcals to 3200 and will bump up the clen to 60mcg.

Bodyweight is around 103kg right now.

Workouts getting better and better because i’m finally able to workout with good equipement (Hammer Strenght). 400 sq meters of an outside gym. They almost put the whole gym outside and every hour their are about 15-20 people allowed.

Lol yeah better than nothing, if you think about it it’s so much bullshit. Covid screwing up everything. Last week it was cold so i trained in a hoodie, but next week it’s going to be 22+ degrees so that’s perfect
