    Very solid back workout, again progression on almost every lift in terms of weight or a slight increase in reps and sets/volume. Looks like iím getting leaner again, tomorrow i got my cheatmeal if my weight keeps stalling iíll add another 200 kcals on top of my training days. Slightly more quality proteins.

    Strenght gains keeps coming on the compound lifts, also bodyweight is finally starting to increase! Kcals are at 4800 on training days but thatís finally doing the trick, lots of ppl in the gym today told me that I looked way fuller.
