Solid pull workout today, still at 242 lbs / 109kg but shape is slightly better then a few weeks ago. I’m at the last week of the RAD140 and i’m really positive about the effect. Everybody looking into Sarms especially from PSL don’t hesitate, they work. I was also skeptical at first but in the future i’ll definitely looking more into sarms in addition of my blasts.
Today i finally received the products from PSL! Once again thanks too Vision and PSL for their top notch service.
The people who are following my logbook know i’m dealing with Patella Tendonitis at my left knee for about a year right know. Periods with ups and downs, but for most of the time i’m pushing threw pain at my topsets. Last couple months i’m visiting an physiotherapist for several treatments. It’s getting better but not there yet. I also adjusted my legdays and mostly focusing on excercises that’s giving me minimal pain. To speed up the healing process i’ll start BPC-157.
I started the BPC-157 immediately. Dosing will be 250mcg twice a day. I’ll update you weekly about changes i notice.
Next week Monday i’ll start my with the clenbuterol. I’m not sure which AAS i’ll be running but i’m cruising for a while right now so it’s getting itching to start again lol! Currently my country is still in lockdown until March 30th and it’s not sure if the gyms open up again. So i’m still working out at home gyms / PT Studios and making the most of the situation. Anyways next week i’ll start with 20mcg clen and i’m going to slowly taper that up. Next week i’ll make an extensive post about what’s the blast is going to be, how my diet is going to look and my starting point.![]()

Had a pretty hard leg day, started the same as last week. This time 2 reps on the top set with similar form. Then again the airpressure horizontal leg press, but this time with both legs at the same time. High reps and every set slightly heavier. On the last set my legs were so painfully pumped and painfull (in a good way) that I walked around like an invalid for the rest of the workout haha.

Update:
1 week into BPC-157 from EP, it’s probably a little bit to early to tell if it’s working but normally i got knee pain for about 3 days after my legday. This week it definitely shorter.
Tomorrow i’ll also start my cut. I’ll start with the following cycle and will adjust when needed:
400mg test e per week
400mg tren e per week
400mg mast e per week
20mcg clen ED

Current stats / food intake:
1.85m
109kg about 10-12% bf
4800 kcals per day
Starting food intake + workout/cardio:
3800 kcals (30% P, 50% C, 20% F)
