I will be as in depth but as brief as possible.

14 year natural lifter
Weight: 226 B.F 11%
Placed on trt 18 months ago at 100mg/wk
Diet:
Carb sources are oats, rice, potatoes, and pasta for white carbs.
Beans black or red and sweet potatoes for brown carbs.
Protein sources are tuna and cod fillets for fish.
Chicken and turkey for lean white meat.
Very seldom any red meat ( maybe 90/10 ground sirloin for a burger, taco or spaghetti).
I love dairy, cheese, milk and Greek yogurt.
Fruits and veggies I like them all!!
I carb cycle. At the moment it’s 400/500/600 low/med/high
Protein is 400 grams daily ( may go over a little some days but never less)
Fat hangs out between 80 & 160 grams daily being higher on low carb days
This is done with 6 whole meals and 2 snacks daily.
Workout split is simple because I work long ass hours in construction and I don’t like complicated.

So after some years of research on aas and the fact my natural test production took a fall at age 41 I decided this winter was the time to take it up another level.
Four weeks ago I started a very simple cycle.
Test E 750mg/wk
Decca 375mg/wk
Dbol 30mg/daily
A.I only if needed
I pin 1ml test and .5ml decca Mon/Wed/Fri
I just finished week four on 11/29/20 and the results in this time are not what I was expecting. I have gained two pounds in four weeks. I will have bloods done next week to answer any questions about the products. I will drop dbol at the end of week 5.
Maybe I’m expecting to much but I don’t really know what to expect except what I’ve read in my research.
Could my problem be diet? To clean? I was looking to add 15 pounds before spring when it gets HOT.
Any ideas or suggestions?
