Just started my first cycle and gyms are closed .. again.
So i just started my first cycle and i am 3 weeks into it.The government today just announced another lockdown in my country. Do you think i should continue and workout from home or exit and restart when gyms are open again. Hate my luck. Thanks!

Depends on what you have at your disposal. If all you got is your own body, no weights, I would pct and pick it back up later when you’re able to get into a gym.

I am on TRT does right now and waiting to see what happens with my city before I start my cut stack. I have a feeling they are going to shut down any day now. I have no weights at home either.

If you are only 3 weeks in you have only been suppressed for a very very short duration, and recovery can be easy peasy Japanese. In my opinion I would abort, go into PCT, at the same time still staying committed and dedicated with training anyway you can and dieting, this way you don't mentally deteriorate. Soon as the gym's open up, it's back to the drawing boards and start all over again..

Agree w/ shutting it down- just wanted too add it's amazing what 10 sets of 50 proper push-ups will do. I was shocked w/ the results- did this when my gym shut down- try it man and if u can't do 50@ once, do 25. I swear I didn't lose much of my gains and when they opened back up- I was ready. (did this for 3 months). And there are many other things u can do using just your body weight, especially if u get some bands-where there's a will, there's a way. good luck man!

People will need to understand this virus came to stay and we have to live with it . And i tell so many times buy some weights , bench and create your home gym because you will need it

How much test do you have? Just cruise on that. Thats what I did when gyms closed in new york. Thats what I'm bkut to do again

Depends on if you can acquire some workout equipment, or if you are just willing to go hard with calisthenics at a local park. You could get a 40lb weighted vest from walmart and go crazy on pullups, chins ups, dips, pushups and inverted rows. Get some more dumbbells and and easy curl bar for arm and shoulder accessory work. It's hard work but it will build some muscle esp while on gear. If you're more into it for strength gains then obviously nothing can replace the iron.
