I like Candace follow her and repost a lot of her videos but what I dont like is when someone wants to sue someone and asks the public for money. If she wins a couple of million will she send her donators money? I could see if it was something like a class action lawsuit but imo She is the only one who benefits because if she wins FB fact checkers are just going to continue their ways. Unless I read this wrong.

No not at all but what I am saying is if there is a judgement for her she gets the loot and FB fact checkers will continue like nothing ever happened. If it is a private company she is going after Im sure in their contract with FB if they are sued FB takes responsibility for any damages since they are telling them what to do. There will be only one winner here and that is her. In the case of the President asking for money for his legal team is different because if he wins 74,000,000 also win.

I'm sure there will be but who? The well known and once again asking for legal help and the little guy like us will miss out again. If she was really concerned about censorship she would bring a class action lawsuit where the pay out would be larger and many people would receive funds. I was involved in one with Ford and just for filling out a page of info I got a pay out of $400. Didnt even expect a dime to be honest with you. But I dont even know what she is suing for can even go under a class action. Just be nice if one day some of these famous people include the ones who make them famous.

I think shes trying to set the precedent to allow others to sue. Right now as it is because of article 230, Facebook is exempt from liability from their platform. They claim to have outside Fact checkers that monitor the speech and ultimately it's their decision when something is demonized. Shes claiming that these factcheckers have a more then personal relationship with Facebook and they only censor conservatives. Shes trying to sue for damages because all her videos got demonitized and lost income.

With her filing a lawsuit the hope is all these liberal factcheckers financials will he brought out of the dark, and they will show relationships with these huge social media platforms.

This will hopefully help prove that Facebook,YouTube, and Twitter are not just social media platforms, but by censoring content are now "editors" and now longer fall under protection from article 230.

If they lose this protection there will be 1000s of lawsuits on the way.

Itll be an expensive battle and I'm sure she will get tons of money to go after them
