Thoughts on Vascularity .....
So I like being Vascular .....any input would be appreciated ....Thanks in Advance. So I notice when on TREN I am without a doubt more Vascular. Now Pinning 500 Test 400 Mast Dropping Tren almost 4 weeks ago. Vascularity is much less Notice able.

So I have noticed after a very Hot shower Vascular ....very Hard Cardio Vascular...There seems to be a Connection with Vascular and BP......Makes sense right More Blood inflating the Veins.

Is it Just Blood Pressure that Does this ? The Reason I ask there is a Video of some guy Who isn't very Big but fairly lean who is showing Zero Vascularity....Then he takes a Deep Breath and Holds and Basically tries to push the Air out spiking BP AND boom GIANT WORMS All over his Arms, Delt, Peck, Neck.

I understand Yes Being Lean....But as with anything there are Multiple Reasons for effects we see.

So many reasons indeed. Lean & Genetics is the biggest factor. A good Sodium / Potassium ratio, drink enough water 4-5 liter a day, reduce the amount of cafeine you're using this can interfare with vascularity.
Things that enhance vascularity:
Tren, EQ, Winny, Anavar, Halo, Masteron, Oxy (Anything that really enhances RBC)
Supps:
Chili Powder (lots of it), Viagra, Cialis
Their are several other factors but this is what comes to my mind right away

Cialis and viagra has worked for me in the past im on the heavier side always have but I can get hoses up and down my arms with some viagra

tren def. does the trick on the vascularity scale. just can"t handle the many sides. used to think winny and var were the best for this- but my new fav. oral-t-bol- does pretty good too@ higher doses. I think the most vasc. i've ever been was when I did a cycle of test prop/ tren/ winny/var./ w inj. s-drol as pre w/o. MANY years ago. Even had veins popping in my legs. Was eating nothing but family sized cans of tuna in water/ plain ass chicken breasts/93-7 ground beef/ and an ass of hard boiled eggs- w/ greek yogurt for dessert. yum,yum. Never again bro! But I will say I was lean and mean. Seen a lot lately about mast. being good for this. Only done mast once-didn't notice that much-other than my hair falling out- but really didn't give it a fair shot so.....

Im naturally just really vascular even before I lifted , but yea once I got leaned out on aa eq + tren cycle it made me a lot more vascular, now I am on DHB and its making me crazy vascular , way more than tren and eq, and also feel like a god with no sides..veins all on my delts down my biceps and covering my forearms, a few on my abs and even quads and cavles. I do also take cialus as someone mentioned above

Do steroids. Drink at least a gallon of water. Lift weights often. Run often.

A lot of vascularity is also just genetics, you either have it or you don't.

l-arginine and shaving your arms/body helps with vascularity amongst other things... ;P

Eating a high carb meal will def make your veins pop in the short term.

Vascularity is genetic , but you can increase with some tricks . Do a cycle with good dosages of tren , masteron, bolde, and anadrol , no test or just a little bit test , train high volume high reps.

When I'm really lean into the single digits of body fat just 1 meal with Carbs high Sodium (think sushi) will bring out the snakes and worms all across my arms, stomach, and legs and add volume and fullness to my muscle. A workout on top of it is just the bonus.
If I'm at 12% body fat, a change in 1 meal wont mean shit. So get lean.
The drugs are secondary but I will say, If I drop my test low I look even better.

I noticed several People said something about Lower TEST ? ... Why is this ? The Possible SUB Q water from TEST Conversion to ESTRO ?
