Last night was leg night then “wataburger” a texas toast double meat, cheese w/ grilled onions a side of fries, and a humongous chocolate shake. fkkk yeahhh! I love leg days
No PWO last night, just some IML max pump extremes. Rob if you're reading this, bring those pills back, the powder just isnt the same :/
1. Stairclimber 1000 steps to warm up and break a good sweat
2. 3 sets of lighter weight on the laying leg curl machine, I like doing these first to get some blood in my hammies before i hammer quads
3. squats 5x 20 various weight
4. leg ext x4
5. adduct/abduct super sets x4
6. calves on the seated calve raise, and then I used a straight legged incline calve machine, I have no idea the actual name of it, but they were lit “fire in the hole” I always train calves with countless reps, I use my timer and run 2 minute sets and in between sets I stretch them or I do standing body weight calve raises, this is not for the faint of heart.
7. I hit the mats and stretched for a bit...

went home after wataburger and had some amazing sex with my woman, not that any of you really care, I know you fuckers are getting plenty of ass ...but heres the plot twist, we are going at it, and then BOOM!!! the whole right side of the bed collapsed LMAO...Im not even joking, the entire wood bed rail on one side just split in two, this is an expensive 4 post canopy bed too and it’s only 6 months old... crazy right? so we both STOPPED, looked at each other laughed and were like “fuck it" kept right at it! believe it or not, somehow I think it was an added bonus to an already good night LOL soon after we passed out ...anyway that was my night. I did prop it up with some DB’s so we could sleep on a level mattress, lol
