    Thanks! I recently made some pasta and velveeta cheese with jalapeńos amd rotel tomatoes. It’s not for everyone but I love homemade queso so I combine it with healthy past for the ultimate ultra high carb cheat meal haha

    But Max is our ASF chef I literally go through his log just to look at the food porn hahahaha

    9 miles on the bike today
    2 sets leg curls 50 reps
    3 sets leg press 50 reps

    Standing overhead press
    3 sets 12 reps
    Superset with 3 sets of lateral raises 12 rep sets

    Post workout meal @ Texas Roadhouse steak house
    8 oz sirloin
    Loaded baker
    3 dinner rolls with cinnamon butter
