    Sweet congratulations I hope you were successful! there is no place like home man... when I Used to work on the road, it was an adventure and I loved it but there is nothing like you own bed at night! haha

    Texas BBQ is a favorite, my pops used to make a mouthwatering brisket, he also made his own “sop” as he called it, he basted the brisket with it and then rubbed it with spices, after he browned it, he wrapped it in foil and cooked it all day long super slow only removing it form foil to baste it, rewrap it and keep cooking it... the meat literally fell apart in your mouth ... the man was a BBQ whisperer lol

    workouts have been solid and steady...not much to report really I”m waiting for my TRT 400... but it may be slow due to international shipping issues, I hope not but if so I’ll just keep this going until it arrives! Also, I just joined a new gym tonight that has “hydrabeds” water massage chairs and holy moly I FEEL LIKE A MILLION BUCKS after sitting in one for two sessions! thats 20 minutes.. they’re really cool, you can control the pressure on the monitor that stretches over the chair so you dont even have to move to turn it up or down or off... I am impressed especially since the membership is $5 a month with $1 down.... yup you read that correctly and typed it correctly ...$1 down and $5 a month, the catch is you have to come 3 times a week or 12 times a month or they uncharge you to $20 a month so they motivate you to come... I’m totally serious, its a Christian gym that promotes making Jesus famous ... that is their business slogan and theyre open 24 hours 7 days a week!

    I absolutely love the place!

    Monday is repentance day in the gym and oh brother I was feeling that price of penance today LOL No, I didn’t drink alcohol or anything like that over the weekend, I stayed in for movie marathons and I ate junk food all weekend, donuts, kolaches, pizza, blahhh...

    HOWEVER, I cooked up some wheat PENNE and made some BISON marinara for thing this morning. I ate that twice today with tons of fruit and tons of Oats... So...yes I went to the gym and my session went pretty well and I now feel pretty good again. Tomorrow will be a better day.

    Trt plus and dbol 50 arrived! I used 1ml of each this morning, I used a 28g slin pin the oil was smooth as silk going in






    I love the new look good line look!!

    What do you guys think?




    breakfast porn was my homemade bison chili, eggs and an everything bagel
    The chili is a superb blend of spices
    2.5 lbs
    Of lean bison,
    2 cans red kidney beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 32oz beef broth
    2 bell peppers sliced thin
    1 onion diced
    4 cups water

    Cool the meat with the diced onion, the bell peppers, I add extra cayenne pepper, garlic salt amd onion powder even though it’s already in the chili pot

    Bring the pot to boil once the spices are not visible on top, once boiled then turn so a simmer and cook stirring frequently so it doesn’t stick or clump.

    Add the cooked meat, stir and simmer for 30 minutes or so on medium heat.

    I steam up some rice and add a fresh scoop to each bowl of chili dor added flavor, carbs and substance.

    This meal rocks on day 2 once it sits over night, It’s great on eggs for breakfast too!

    I top off each bowl with some old rugged white cheddar and some green onions for the final icing on the cake!

    Enjoy!

    Im also using 75mgs a day of EP proviron

    My ancillaries are
    Tad 600 (from PSL)
    MT-2 (from IML)
    Magnesium chloride pharmaceutical grade crystals
    Sulfur crystals
    Enhanced electrolytes powder every morning and before each workout
    Bcaa 12-16 grams a day

    And a little Pt-141 on the weekend also from PSL

    I know youre the ASF “Don” in the kitchen but if you do decide to make some chili, heres the spice list I use, its certainly not the only way to spice it up but my chili will please the palate

    cayenne pepper
    chili powder
    mesa
    cumin
    dried onion
    pink Himalayan salt
    paprika

    add to desired flavor!
