Im about to hook up dinner with white fish and my specialty homemade veggie soup w/ added chicken and jasmine rice
Ingredients for my soup are
lentils, fresh not canned
black beans, fresh not canned
celery 1 stalk
white potato x3
mushrooms 1/2 container
mini carrots 1/2 a bag
top each bowl with green onion and a small amount of cilantro

I use turkey and other ground meats for soups and my chilies. I’m currently craving red so Bison has been my goto for everything ...I may be experiencing a chicken burnout LOL
Since DBOL has such a short half life Im injecting a 1/2ml 25mgs about in my VG at about an 1hr before I hit the gym. No PIP at all it’s been a while since I’ve ran some dbol now that Im using it again I remember exactly why I like it sooo much! the pumps are phenomenal and the transformation to fuller rounder more ripped muscles well thats the whole point of hitting it hard so I’m loving that lol
She wouldn't let me get the bison, I had it in my hand and she said no.. as I've read the package off to her about how healthy it was, she reached out and grabbed some other bullshit beef.that's what I walked over and got the fresh turkey lolol

There's no better meat, but I don't understand her mentality because she would eat venison when she was younger.. women's logic haha.. I'm off tomorrow so I'm going to go grab some.. I actually want to make a mini meatloaf and see how it tastes
I stocked my deep freeze with about 10lbs, yup avocado makes the burger a BURGER lol
I like to cook up 5-10lbs of ground 96/4 ground beef or Bison , 5lbs diced potato(or simply hash browns) cook separately, tons of onions and peppers, white rice, and ground pork tenderloin sausage(lowfat)breakfast or taco seasoned, and a ton of eggs. I then get the huge tortillas/wraps: low carb or high carb. I make my own. Then I make a ton of Maxs Breakfast Burritos all different combos of macros and flavors. You can use other meats(chicken/turkey temderloins too). After , I wrap with parchment and foil and freeze most and put like 10 in the refrigerator. I can have some that are 60g protein, 140 carbs or pure protein/fats w low carbs . The main thing is that they last months/weeks and they are totally portable. Using different hot sauce, bbq, salsa, honey mustard, etc. It is about the best thing I use for my macros quick and easy.

If my memory serves me correctly I think he said his sister is also a good cook as well, I could only imagine their family functions.. a while back he was posting some fantastic dishes on his deck in the backyard and I threatened to sneak up in a little sneak box in the boat and steal his food.. this guy absolutely kills it, but you're not too shabby either.. you're the only person I know that slices strawberries haha..

This is just a template. You can mix it how you want. The main thing is to cook everything separately so you can make the macros you want in each. I eat them for Brekkie, lunch or dinner, anytime.
Max’s Breakfast Burritos:
So- I buy 3 dozen eggs and cook, 5lbs of ground beef or turkey(you can use chicken, pork, or steak too. I try to get inexpensive meats.
A. You can flavor meat w taco seasoning or breakfast sausage seasoning (to have two types)
B. Meat, wraps, potatoes, hashbrowns
(simplypotatoes or fresh)crispy, rice, grilled/sautéed peppers/onions, cheese, salsa, beans(I don't use but very good ).
1. Cook all your meat and eggs and potatoes, rice, and Veg.
2. Build your burritos in the biggest tortillas you can find. I like to use 1/3 to 1/2 lb of meat per burrito.(El Paso Super 5 pack: Largest)
You can wrap in plastic, then foil.
Refrigerate what you will eat over 3-4 day period and freeze the rest. They last for months. Just remove foil and microwave 3-4 min. Good to go.
You definitely will get huge macros and eat anytime for big calories. This was a game changer for me. You obviously see that I prep a lot and always have a cold cooler pack w me for the day. So easy!
*Also if your on low carb diet you just remove the potatoes, rice, and use a low carb wrap. Fill w all the eggs, cheese, meats, lunch meat, vegetables and roll em up. Refrigerate and/or Freeze for whenever!!
Add when ready to eat: Salsa/hot sauce/sour cream/guacamole**
