Introduction new member

Hey guys i am new on the forum,

27 years
Bodybuilding for 8-9 years now and I participated in a number of competitions.

I have been active on a Dutch bodybuilding forum for several years now.

This forum appeals to me because it contains extremely useful information and a lot of people seems to help eachother in their goals.

I am planning on doing my a new competition next year and been thinking about logging my progressions, supplemention, food, training etc on here.
