If you were to buy your son or daughter their first car, what would it be? I still remember my first one.

A silky smooth ghost white 1984 Olds Omega.
I scored a really great deal on the 13 year old car. It was clean & rust free.
A little sad story about my first vehicle.
My dad worked his off on tinting my car for me after I brought it home. Back then you could only tint the rear and back two windows. Everything checked out for which our state law required for window tinting. However, my mom took me for my drivers test at the DMV and the butthole driving instructor refused to allow me to perform the driving test until I removed, what he deemed, to be “illegal” tint. This was of course B.S. and he would not listen to anything I had to say and said remove it or no license. Well, being an impatient 16 year old I chose to remove the tint instead of coming back another day and hopefully getting a more informed tester. Needless to say my dad was pissed off about my decision to remove the tint. He did do a really great job. Professional quality for the late 90’s.
