    Blood pres

    Hi guys so I was just curious I ran my blood pressure out of curiosity tonight just because Iíve been cruising so mild on dbol like literally I took 30mg today which I probably didnít need 30 just 20. But altogether all week I may take like a total of 70- 90 mg total a week and I donít take them everyday.

    I did my blood pressure here at home 3 or 4 times and on time it was like in the 150s over 80. Then it was like 130/60 something or something, then it was 150 again. I mean I donít think I abuse gear at all and Iím not heavy I have not much fat

    Can my BP be raised just today because I took dbol? Would you guys worry or what do you all think ?

    Ds I just now again two times it was 155/80. Then just now 133/77

    Just did some deep breathing exercises before I did it again and two times in a row it was 131/76

    i guess the general American 120 reading is not for us bodybuilders? Also they say a temporary spike from weight training is better for you in the long term

    It was me on 4gr of gear , im the only one here that uses more gear. Im crazy but my goal is to be freak , so i try to said never do what im doing because this is not good for health . Be safe and be healthier

    Its not the 4 gs of gear that's gonna make you a freak. You need to have dedication, eat like crazy, add in pharma GH at 10ius PD, insulin 3x PD, do over an hour of cardio, workout for at least 2 hours a day, and sleep like a baby every night.

    Then, given if you have decent genes, you MAY look like a freak after doing that for years...

    Are you serious ????? I invite you to eat with me , i eat 7k calories all day clean food and invite you to train with me 1 hour per day only but not like a pussy .I live for bodybuilding 24h . This is my love my passion

    Your BP will go up and down throughout the day, that is normal. Also make sure you are seated for ~3-5 minutes before taking a reading. So best way to get a readout on your BP is take it the same time everyday and then you can start to see a trend. Also, the more gear the more water retention, the more your BP is gonna go up. Yes the 120/80 isn't going to be happening for most ppl while on cycle, but that doesn't mean it isn't the goal to get yours inside that range.
