Wednesday cardio only. Woke up around 4 am and walked right on the treadmill. Did a solid one hour session, showered and went right back to sleep for two hours. Felling great, everything is moving along just fine. The sex drive is still excellent. Half way through week 7.
 
With the EP cialis in this Tren mix I have become sex freak. Woke up, attacked to poor wife at 3:30 am like a mad man, which she didn't complain. Got up did my one hour cardio right after thinking about sex, Cleaned up and headed to the gym for Bicep Tricep training. Sides are completely under control besides sleep. Got to they gym long line waiting for the door to open. 80% are new people and girls with huge asses waiting to run on the squat rack to make their asses bigger. Also, since when everyone is a freaking power lifter? It seems like everyone that is fat and out of shape decides to do power lifting. Deadlift and squats from the same people daily. Any way done with the Tren rant.

Bicep/Tricep

4 x 10-12 Seated incline dumbel curls
4 x 10-12 Standing Dumbel hammer curls
4 x 21's
4 x close grip open handed pull ups to failure
4 x 10-12 Close grip bench press
4 x 10-12 Laying down skull crushers
4 failure dips.

Did my sit ups and stretched pretty good today. Back to sex again damn it. The girls are looking hotter and hotter. I am positive they are not. This has to be the Tren. Shallow Hall syndrome for sure.
 
Last Friday of week 7. Had pretty good sleep last night. Woke up only couple of times. Did my one hour cardio and changed ready to bang out some serious chest workout.

I pushed a little today feeling strong and shredded. It doesn't take much at all to get my chest and shoulders pumped up. I can feel the stretch when I was doing the pull overs. Love the tight muscle feeling, I don't know how to describe it. Anyway, Solid workout and results. One more week and its over back to test/mast TRT.
 
Damn this sleep insomnia is horrible. Been up since 3 am. Gym opens at 7 so I read, played on line poker, got on the treadmil for an hour and it was only 5 am. No other sides besides sleep issue.

Little tired after cardio, lack of sleep but still headed to the gym to work on the wheels.

4 x 10 -12 Squats
4 x 10- 12 Leg press
4 x 10-12 Seated front curls
4 x 10-12 Barbell Stiff legged deadlift
4 x 10-12 Standing Hamstring curls
4 x 10-12 Laying down hamstring curls

For the first time walking out of the gym I was pretty tired. I move pretty fast so, very little rest inbetween. When I got home took a shower, had a light breakfast and went to bed. Woke up 90 minutes later feeling better. Tomorrow is end of week 7 headed in to final week.

OK end of week seven and entering final week tomorrow. Cardio only day today. Did my one hour again no issue. Pretty none eventful. Going to finish the week strong and back to my TRT dose.
 
Alright start of final week 8. Sides are pretty much under control with the exception of sleep and aggression. As a matter of fact yesterday at the beach someone irritated me a little and I wanted to get out of the car and beat the shit of out of him, but I've trained my self to say Tren 10 times and I let it go. Strength is incredible. All my 80% maximum lift weights have gone up significantly. Body transformation is amazing. I had a guy at the beach yesterday with his girlfriend asking to take pictures together. Honestly the feeling of being a total Alpha on tren mix is incredible. Not sure how I am going to feel about all this including the freaky sex drive when I stop.

As usual without missing a beat did my one hour cardio and headed towards gym for back day.

4 x 10-12 Pull downs wide grip
4 x 10-12 one arm dumbel rowes
4 x 10-12 bent over barbel rows
4 x 10-12 Seated cable close grip rows
4 x 10- 12 Deadlifts
4 x Failure Pull ups

Did my stretch and sit ups and walked out the door with one heck of a pump. I am starting to notice slightly more pumps and I am not sure if its the EP cialis or not. Anyway going to finish this week strong. At the end of the week I will have a write up of all the good and bad and my recommendations.
 
Good morning. Got some nice sleep last night. Very mellow day so worked in the yard, put some stuff in the garage, had a nice meal with the family and after watching some tv I feel aslpee around 7 pm and woke up at 3 am. Solid 8 hours which is a first though out this entire cycle. I guess at the end when I am writing up my review should point out yard work will help with the insomnia LOL.

As usual did my one hour cardio which I have not missed one day for the entire 7 week length of the cycle. Went to the gym for a shoulder destruction day.

Shoulders

4 x 10-12 Seated behind the neck barbel press
4 x 10-12 Arnold press
4 x 8 giant set of front, side and rear delt
4 x 10-12 Seated dumbell press

Shoulders were totally exhausted. Separation and vascularity is phenomenal. Did my sit ups, stretched and left the gym. Five more days left of this incredible cycle.

Wednesday cardio only day. Let me be very clear regarding all the post talking about Tren killing your cardio. Absolutely not in my case. Zero, effect. I will go into detail at the end of the week with my final write up.
I've been doing hour cardio for years, 7 days a week and sometimes even more when I am coaching football and soccer. If you go into this cycle with proper cardio conditioning, take your daily dose of GW and eat right you will have zero adverse effect on your cardio. At least this is in my case. Also, I have not put on a massive weight. I am up only few pounds, but that was my goal to get leaner, razor cuts and full of definition. I don't care what you take, if you put on 20 or 30 pounds in a short time It will destroy your cardio. I can feel the difference when my weight fluctuates 5 pounds.

Anyway, great cardio and mid way done thru the last week of the cycle.

Last arm day of this cycle. The weights that I am able to lift right now with pretty much the same body weight and much much less fat is incredible. The progress and gains are awesome. My advise to young bucks out there is that don't get greedy and increase the dosage. If its working with minimal sides, leave it alone.

I'm really glad that you made this post and everything you're saying is on point, I'm experiencing some want the same thing you're going through but a little bit more milder, my program isn't as aggressive. I'm doing a recomp right now and I'm about 5 weeks in, and I'm on a very low to moderate dosage, tren ace at 50mg eod with 100mg cyp eod.
I'm getting a lot more compliments, the compliments are not pertaining to looking swole but just rather more fit. Sometimes we need to put the ego aside and just look at things through a different perspective, a healthy perspective.
I contribute the majority of this too the low to moderate dosage of trenbolone along with the fasted morning cardio. Most of all consistency. I'm not where I used to be, I'm not where I want to be but I'm exactly where I should be..

That's awesome vision. Honestly you don't have to take ridiculous amount of gear to change your body. Cardio, diet and the right combination of compounds will do it. When I tell people I am 56 they don't believe it. No stretch marks, injuries, aches and pain because I never had to lift excessive amount of weights. The football team that I train has won several championships. We don't have the biggest team, but the team in the best physical condition. Speed, conditioning, agility is key.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to run this cycle. Like I told you all my years I never touched tren but thought about. For whatever reason it was perfect timing when I saw your post about 10 weeks ago. I highly recommend the mix cut to responsible adults that really want to change their body.

That went by quick!’ Rad Log!! You see that chest workout right there ... that is my bread and butter for mass!! I change stuff up but my first 3 years lifting, I concentrated heavily on Barbell Work then I started adding dumbbells and doing isolation work. I like that you hit incline twice, that is what a lot of guys need to concentrate on : get that shelf. I news reading about last Tuesday and the car thing, omg ! It takes a lot to even bug or irritate me ; like a person would have to truly endanger me or others before I would snap. I don’t know how others, that are clearly aggressive; don’t flip out and beat people down. I guess maybe they do; we are missing a few guys ! kidding . It takes a lot of training and use to control that type of shit!! I could not even weight train at our high school; I had to gl to a private club(which was an older guys house that had $$$, and only let like 20 of us train there. So , since your on your last week;

Thanks Max. I am a coach and work with high school and college athletes. Very calm and good self control, but tren is a whole different ball game. I constantly remind myself its not me its tren. If you can't control your emotions Tren should not be on your list.

1) what , if anything would you do to improve this cycle?
I wanted to make sure this cycle is concentrated on the mix cut 300. I stayed true to the dosage and did not add anything else, so I can truly know the results are from the Cut Mix. I think adding var for first six weeks and Halo the last two would make this cycle untouchable. Everything else I did right. I did my one hour cardio daily, kept my weight around 190 pretty much where I started but my bodyfat is at single digits and diet was spot on. No regrets.

2) When you do your next Bulk, what would the cycle look like?
I don't bulk. Speed, agility feeling of well being. At 5'10 and 190 pounds with single digit bodyfat I am pretty solid. Remember 56 years old and no reason for me to bulk up anymore. No blood pressure issues, lipds are great and so it my overall health. I really never did heavy bulk. Its always been slow and steady keepable gains.
 
Well my brothers today was the last day of this cycle. Completed 8 weeks and the results were phenomenal. This cycle pretty much changed my physic more that I could have imagined. I would highly recommend anyone trying to use test/tren/mast mix to give the Gold Cut Mix 300 a try.


My recommendation if you are going to do this cycle. This will help you significantly lower the risk of side effect.

1) I stayed true to the cycle the entire 8 week. Rather than doing 3 shots a week I did 4 which is .75mg EOD. This kept the bloods very steady for the entire duration. Do not increase if you don't have sides. Why mess with a good thing and not always more is better.

2) Get into a good cardio habit before start. I did not miss a single day of cardio, 7 days a week while on Tren. I completely disagree (based on my experience) that tren kills your cardio. If you are in good shape it should not be an issue. I've been doing one and sometimes more hours of cardio per day for years. I went into this in great shape.

3) I took Caber on the cycle. Did not have any sex drive issues or gyno.

4) Cardarine the entire length of cycle was perfect for stamina and lipids.

5) Carditone the entire length of the cycle was perfect for blood pressure. Do to my conditioning before starting the cycle my BP was 106/62 average. During the cycle I hit as high as 128/85. Now this is with one hour of cardio daily and Carditone.

6) Diet was spot on. Did not cheat a single day. I am on keto which is 30%protein and 70%fat. I ended the cycle in single digit body fat.

7) I also took multi Vitamins, Zma and meatonin combo for sleep, vitamin D, B6 and B complex.

8) Two glasses of Metamucil per day to add more fiber.

9) 5mg of Cialis daily.

The Good:
1) Strength gain
2) I am almost as lean and cut as I usually am when I compete. The Shoulders, Traps, Back separation is unreal. Its like someone drew your muscles.
3) Sex drive through the roof. Trust me everyone looks attractive and sexy on this cycle. You will have sex multiple times per day. This is what I am going to miss the most.
4) Confidence, feeling of Alpha. Walking around like you can do whatever you want and no one can stop you. I can't explain other than you feel like superman with an ego.

The bad:
1) I had the tren cough twice. Believe me it wasn't fun. Your eyes pop out of socket so be prepared. Every time I was injecting I was getting myself ready for the cough. Nothing you can do, so just go through it.
2) Sleep issues. ZMA and melatonin helps but its pretty screwed up. Lucky if you get 2 hours of sleep without waking up. It takes a long time to fall back to sleep. I went through this pretty much the entire cycle.
3) Did not have any night sweating or heart burn issues. I think and not sure but diet and cardio conditioning (I sweat all day) might have helped. Just guessing don't have proof.
4) Now this is a big one. You do turn into an asshole. I am a very calm person and avoid confrontation at all cost, but Tren made me want to beat the crap out of people for doing things that would never bother me. I had to keep reminding myself that its the tren and not me. Let me be very clear, if you can not control your anger and emotions do not touch this. I have three kids, my wife and had to be very careful. Again, I strongly recommend you pass if you can't handle the aggression.

What would I do differently?
Nothing on this cycle since I promised vision to stay on the mix cut only to evaluate it. I am not sure if I will ever run tren again, but if I did I would do this same exact cycle adding Var for the first 6 weeks and Halo for the last two. That will take it to a whole new level.

At my age, 56 this was the first time I ever tried tren. Its a remarkable compound but for me health and safety is more important. I will start my regular trt dose of 200test on Monday. Also, going to draw bloods at the end of next week to see what they look like now compared to when I did right before I started the cycle.

I gained 3 pounds on this cycle. Now my goal was never to gain weight. I am all about physical fitness, healthy look and 185- 190 range with 6-8 percent bodyfat. My goal was accomplished. You can easily add more weight if you take in enough calories.


At the end I again like to thank Vision and PSL for giving me this opportunity. I appreciate your support and encouragement through out the cycle. I stayed the course and was truthful all they way. I want to make sure anyone trying the mix knows what they are getting into and what kind of results they can expect.

Perfect answer on #1- once I make my plan: I do not deviate : unless something is wrong . I am meticulous. Funny you mention halo, that is my hardening freak agent with primo ace , etc.

Thanks Max for all the support. I love shocking people at the gym when they ask my age. Agility is number one for me. Not too many 56 year old's at 5'10 190 pounds with single digit bodyfat. I have three shows coming up this summer. Based on how I look and feel I might try this same dosage with var and halo added. I always take two weeks of Halo at 20mg two weeks prior to the show to polish off.
 
Its been 6 days since the last shot. I can definitely feel the sex drive toning down. Not everyone looks hot anymore LOL. Blood pressure is normal and no sides whatsoever. Sleep is not all there yet, but slightly getter better as well. Ill wait three more weeks to get my blood work done. Right now I am pounding tons of omega 3's, avocados and 35 grams of fiber per day to make sure lipids return to normal. With all the cardio and Cardarine daily I don't expect any different.

Oh one more thing. I had some slight hair shedding, but nothing like what I've been reading. My both grandfathers and full set of hair and so do I with no gray.
Back on my trt of 200mg test and 200mg Masteron and it feels great.

I am researching this peptide That May be approved for lowering high rbc/hema. If it is safe. Have to see them finished phase 2 trials.

Mine have always been slightly elevated : I want to see if there is a Certain aspirin/vit has any benefit vs harm as a daily protocol .
