Saturday early morning leg day. Did my one hour cardio by 5 am. My back along side the right lat is hurting this morning. Had to be little careful with the squats.

4 x 10-12 squats
4 x 10-12 leg press
4 x 10-12 seated leg curls
4 x 10-12 Front squats
4 x 10-12 Stiff legged dead lift
4 x 10-12 Hamstring curls laying down
4 x 10-12 Hamstring curls seating
4 x stand up, seated and donkey calve raises 10 x 12-15


Sleep was little hard again last night. Woke up at 1 am and after toss and turning for 45 minutes I just got up and watched that shitty Joe Weider movie. I was hoping it would be much better, but boy what a waste of time. I guess I am also little cranky from the tren. Anyway, everything is under control. Passed the half way point. The gains keep coming and I catch my self looking in the mirror or window or anything with my reflection constantly. Kind of not me, but I really like the way it looks. I also catch people in the store staring. Once again sex drive is beyond what I can explain. As I am typing I am thinking about sex. I think the sex part is going to be the toughest part of finishing the cycle.
 
Sunday Cardio only. Was pretty non event full today. I actually did 90 minutes today, 60 minutes on the bike for 14 miles and 2 miles on the treadmill. Felt really good and lots of energy. Did my sit ups and stretching after. I had another episode of Tren cough. Its was just as bad as the first one. I actually knew it was going to happen as soon as the needle went in. I don't know how I just did. Sleep was great. My back was hurting so I took an Advil PM and damn thing knocked me out for 9 hours straight.

Now to add insult to injury I made the decision to take visions offer to log the EP cialis. Great, right. Wrong, I can't stop thinking about sex while on this Cut Mix so this is not going to help. LOL

Anyway entering week 5 and again very very impressed by the mix.

Another solid back day today. Took the 5mg Cialis from EP as well. I've been taking 5mg daily for ever, so just one dose today I can't tell the difference. We very pumped this morning and had no problem throwing the weights around. Monday morning weight in a 191. I am extremely happy that I am losing weight and keeping size. Cardio and diet is key. My goal is to finish around 187 range and as lean as I am it would look awesome. I never got the night sweats thank God although I am always so warm. No chills or acid reflux either. I was worried about emotional roller coaster, but thankfully at 300mg a week its not bothering me at all.

I did my full one hour on the bike 15 miles no problem at all.

Back day
4 x wide grip pull downs 10-12
4 x one arm row 10-12
4 x bent over barbel row 10-12
4 x seated close grip pulls 10-12
4 x wide grip pull ups to failure
Did my sit ups, stretched and got out pretty quickly. The girls started coming in and I wasn't ready to test the strength of EP's Cialis LOL.

Week 5 started great. 3 more weeks left to this journey.

Thank you brother. My first Tren after 26 years. The results have been absolutely amazing. At this point I am not sure if Ill ever use tren or not. I will do my blood work after the cycle and see how bad things got screwed up. My test prior to starting was flawless. At 56 years old I need to make sure the inside is even better condition than outside. We'll find out.

You Always have TRT w low dose 50-100mg Deca!! Maybe a side dish of Proviron.

My favorite TRT cruise is 250mg sus and 200 mg Masteron weekly.

Just curious - how long do you usually keep on your cruise cycles like that? Or better yet, frequency of blasts?
 
There are three main shows that I compete for every year from June to September. I usually cruise January - Thru march. April, May and June full on cycle for the shows. October - December I like my Test-Masteron combo.
 
What a workout! Did my one hour cardio and hit the shoulders hard. The separation, veins, hardness is absolutely incredible. I can't stop looking in the mirror. The back of the shoulders are shredded as well. Clear separation between every body part muscle. People at the gym are staring constantly or at least it feels like it. Sex drive is crazy and add insult to injury now I am taking EP Cialis 5mg daily waking up with wood in the middle of the night. No cough, sweats, BP, headaches. The only side still is sleep which is getting better, but not the way it used to be. It is so tempting to want to raise the dosage, but I will not do it. Why mess with a good thing. Minimal side effects and excellent results, so I ma going to ride out the rest of the three weeks.

Giant Set
4 x 10 Side-front and rear dumbell raises, so total of 30 reps each should on each set. Great way to push the blood into the muscle and finish the shoulder workout.

Did my stretch. Tried very hard not to look at the girls due to the sex drive and the damn EP Cialis LOL. It was hard all around, if you know what I mean LOL.

I have to say today was probably the best session I have had during this entire cycle. Not sure why, but I feel like superman.

Mid way through week 5. Pretty non eventful day. Cardio only so I did my one hour 15 miles on the bike, stretched, did my sit ups and went back home. Still pretty much side effect free. Sex drive is still incredible. Weight is definitely under control and BP is little higher than normal form me but still in the normal range.
 
Day after cardio only and break from lifting is always great. Went in very strong and full of energy. Completed one hour of fasted cardio as usual with zero issue. Still no sides for me other than little sleep irritation. Last night I was up from 1 to 2 am and finally fell asleep again. Funny thing is sex drive is still crazy. The entire time I was trying to fall asleep I was thinking of sex which it didn't help.

Bicep Triceps

4 x Barbell curls 10-12
4 x Seated incline dumbell curls 10-12
21's x 4
4 x close grip bench press 10-12
4 x Skull Crushers 10-12
Dips 4 x to failure

Finished up today with close grip open handed pull ups. I get blood rushing into the belly of my biceps when I do this exercise at the end. Terrific session. My arms were blowing up. The clear separation of the shoulder, bicep and triceps is amazing. I don't recall every looking this lean and ripped. Almost coming to an and and what a ride this was.

So did a quick session of cardio in bed before getting up and heading out to the gym. Did my one hour cardio without an issue. One thing I read in almost every post that Tren kills cardio. Based on my experience I have to 100% disagree. Maybe its the dosage or the daily cardarine or just the fact that I've been doing cardio for one hour forever I don't, but no issues. Nothing as far as sides right now.

Right now a 6 weeks recomp with elliptical at high speeds for 25+ mins 5 days a week fasted in AM soon as I wake up..
 
Man you are killing it... how do you feel all in all man???

I feel absolutely amazing. The visual changes to my physic is incredible. I thought I was in great shape but this combo put me in another level. My entire body at age 56 being virgin to Tren I think made a huge difference. My receptors are soaking up every drop of the drug. Outside the sleep and little agitation issue in the first couple of weeks the rest has been great. Did get the tren cough couple of times but that's it. Never did get the night sweats or heartburn. Based on what my blood work comes back after end of cycle and recuperation time I might run the same blend from PSL before the three big shows this summer. I would run the same exact dosage and length. Only difference is I will start with Var and finish with Halo for two weeks at the end.
Also, Cardarine played a major role in keeping up with the endurance and cardio. I have not skipped a single day of cardio during this entire cycle.
Great stuff vision. There is no other combo that will make you feel like Zeus and have a sex drive of an 18 year old if you run this responsibly.

I do fasted 60 minute cardio 7 days a week before I lift weights. Most of the time its the bike for 15 miles. At least once a week stair master for one hour and treadmill for an hour. As soon as I finish cardio I change from my soaking wet shirts (Wear two and a sweat shirt on top) and start lifting.

Since I coach soccer and football 5 days a week I also am very active with the players, run and sometimes lift with them. Pretty much I am burning calories all day and night.
 
Holy crap I can't walk after todays leg day. Finished my full hour cardio and ready to destroy the legs. Gym was extremely crowded this morning which was irritating and being on tren it didn't help. I was getting agitated by people taking up equipment and just talking or on their phone, but I bit my tongue and waited. Also, whats with these fat ass girls doing squats every day for 20 sets? I swear its the same girls with huge asses squat after squat? What's scary is that I don't like big asses, more of a fit bikini girls are my type, but the freaking EP cialis and tren mix is making everyone hot.

From time to time I do. It all depends if I can get to my equipment and how I feel. It its extremely crowded or I am just worn out, Ill save hamstring and calves for my day off. Very rarely I do that. Doing cardio all these years, riding the bike I have pretty strong legs. I keep the weight at 80%.
 
End of week six. Did my one hour cardio no issue. While I was stretching and getting ready to leave couple of young men walked up and complemented me. They said they watch and try to do what I do. Nice guys, I thanked them and told them that diet and cardio is the key.The biggest misconception that young kids have these days (Under 30) is they think taking gear is all it takes. They don't understand the cardio, brutal diet, strict workout and the right supplements to do that. I actually had a kid asked me about doing a Masteron only cycle because he wanted to get cut. I kid you not he is good 40 pounds overweight. Nothing is quick in easy. Gear will only get you to the next level when you are truly peaked. Also, don't let the scale fool you. Gaining 30 pounds on a cycle as an amateur is mostly water.

Anyway, start of week 7 tomorrow of this kick ass cycle.
 
First day of week 7. Boy it went by so fast. Honestly its been crazy. I've never been on a cycle where literately you see the changes in your body every couple of days. Once again I was thinking what if I added halo for the last two week. My oh my. Anyway, not going to happen even though I do have Halo on hand. No need, have to keep true to the cycle and see it through. Luckily still very much side effect free for the most part. Nothing that I can't handle. Sex drive is still fantastic. I am not sure how wife is going to feel when I get off the cycle. She might force me to stay on Tren LOL.
Weight it at 191 pounds.

Did my one hour as usual without an issue.

My back was super pumped. I can see clear separation when looking in the mirror. Its an amazing feeling when you walk out of the gym and your arms and back and shoulders want to pop out of your sweats.

Boulder shoulder day. Woke up with little sleep last night. Combination of tren and too many things going on at work that I keep waking up thinking about. I woke up around 3 am and just went straight on the treadmill for an hour. Changed and went to the gym. Place is packed with all the new 2021 lifters. Luckily I found the dumbells that I needed and started right away. By the way I can notice stronger pumps now. Specially with the veins on my arms. They are huge before I even lifting. I am thinking it might have something to do with the EP Cialis I am taking, not sure but I like the feeling.

Shoulders

4 x 10-12 Seated dumbell press
4 x 10- 12 Seated Arnold press
4 x 10-12 Standing barbel overheard press
4 x 10 Giant set side, front and rear dumbell raises

Did my sit ups and stretched before heading to the door. Very solid and quick workout. What I don't understand is that most of the time I do my cardio at the gym and as soon as I get there I see guys there already. I finish cardio, full workout, sit ups and stretch and they are still lifting. Sometimes I feel like going up to them and saying dude you got to go home. LOL. Again tren is kicking in. Anyway Great Great workout. I can't get over the razor sharp definition,
