Alright cardio only day today. Once again no problem with lethargy or fatigue finishing one hour. I did 4 sets of ab exercises. Sex drive is still good. No night sweats and BP is steady. The most significant side for me so far is aggression and sleep disturbance. I woke up 4 times last night and each time took me a good 20 minutes plus to fall back to sleep. Ill see how this effects my cardio next week. As far as strength and appearance its absolutely phenomenal.

Tomorrow will be start of week three.
 
So my weekly weight in at 192 rock hard. My shoulders, triceps, legs are all just bursting. Strong and aggressive as heck. I know I can lift more, but I keep to my 80% max protocol. The transformation in just two short weeks is amazing and why mess with it. I have to say sleep is a major issue. I wake up 10 times per night and its making me tired during the day. I do take a nap in the afternoon which it helps. Cranky as heck too. No other major sides.

One hour cardio without any issues.
4 x pull downs 10-12
4 x One arm rows 10-12
4 x Seated cable rows 10-12
4 x bent over rows 10-12
4 x wide grip pull ups to failure
4 x shrugs to failure

So far so good. Also wanted to mention been very fortunate so far no Tren cough. Every time I pin I anticipate it and its a relief when I don't get it.

I can attest to this as well, just on 200mg a week with Tren-E I felt like a caveman/viking going full rage mode 24/7. It was hard (no pun intended) to concentrate on anything else, lol.
 
Very little sleep last night. Tren is definitely affecting my quality of sleep. I've never experienced this with anything else. I think maybe I got three hours if that. Definitely cranky due to it. Work up kind of tired but still managed to hit the gym and do my hour cardio. It was tough this morning. I have to do something about this sleep situation. No other major issues but the sleep and aggression. Shoulder workout was not bad either but not one of my best due to being sleep deprived.

I am going to eat something and try to sleep a little. The actual visual transformation is unreal. I just started week three and if I can muscle through the sleeplessness and fatigue I am sure the final results are going to be wild.
 
Between the no sleep and horrible heart burn tren gives me it’s tough for me to run but it’s def working I see lol

I get heart burn to the point I almost puke. The sleep for me I’ll get an hour then wake up, then another hour and wake up. I feel like a zombie during the day.

That's exactly whats happening to me with my sleep. Wake up with 30 minutes or longer inbetween for me to fall asleep again.

that is the worst, wake up mid hurl and running to the bowl. I have bad sleep apnea so that makes it worse.
 
Did anyone try acid reflux med like omeprozole for the heart burn?

Cardio day. Did my one hour today no issue at all. Sleep was little better last night but not by much. Thankfully no heartburn for me so far. I think that also might have to do with my diet as well and the fact that I never ever eat anything passed 6 pm. Sex drive is still crazy. Aggression and strength gains are super. Very vascular and can clearly see separation between muscles. Once again I love this blend. If I can manage 5 more weeks without any significant side effects it will be incredible.

I believe this is diet related, Ive talked with Vision about this in length and I was going to put this in my tren log I did earlier this year but I may as well put it here. I eat a lot of fiber and good fats, avocados, nuts and fresh fruits, I believe this is the reason why I don't get acid reflux anymore.

My backstory....I used to be addicted to the lansoprazole, I had terrible acid reflux and I used it for 8 years straight, my kidneys suffered from the prolonged use so I changed my diet and stopped using the stuff over 4 years ago. My kidneys also improved and to date I only get acid reflux when I eat too many carbs and not enough of those quality fats and fiber.

I realize this is anecdotal and may not yield the same results fore everyone but its is 100% accurate and true anecdotal for me :)

Thank you brother. I 100% agree its diet related. I am on and have been on Keto for a long time pretty much protein and fats. No heart burn issue at all. I emailed Vision a progress picture after two weeks. Asked him to post it for a day and take it down. The effect in short two weeks is just phenomenal. I promised Vision that I will not increase or decrease the dosage or the length of the cycle. I always believed its not how much gear you take, but its how you train, rest and eat.

Yes it helps me but I have to take it every day during the whole cycle. I have a prescription for the 40mg capsules.
 
OK finally my luck ran out. I did get the tren cough this morning and oh boy did I. I was coughing for good 5 minutes. Ran outside so I wouldn't wake up the family. Taking small sips of water and trying to breath normally finally stopped it, but boy it was everything I read about. Last night I took two advil PM's and had a nice solid sleep, go figure. Did wake up once but went right back to sleep. Did my hour cardio this morning along side 5000 pre Christmas gym enthusiasts. I am not sure why these people thinking coming to the gym one day will burn off all holiday calories, but than again that's not me to judge people its the tren talking. Had an excellent bicep tricep day.

21's x 4 sets
4 x close grip pull ups to failure. This exercise at the end of bicep training pushes it to the limit.

4 x dips x 20
4 x close grip bench press 10-12
4 x skull crushers 10-12

Full pump with clear definition between biceps,tricep and shoulders. This combo is unbelievable. I do have to mention I have lost at least an inch from the waste and my shoulders and traps are looking bigger. Gym is closed tomorrow so I will just stick to one hour cardio at home.

OK no gym today that doesn't mean I stop cardio. Was up at 4 am my normal time. Went on the treadmill one hour, came back in drank a cup of coffee and went straight back to bed. Had pretty decent sleep again last night. Woke up again around 8, did the Christmas thing with the family, watched WW84 and just relaxing on the couch with the kids. Going to cook Filet Mignon, Lobster tail, asparagus, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and broccoli for the family around 4 pm. Nice chill day. Interestingly I am kind of very calm today.
