Alright cardio only day today. Once again no problem with lethargy or fatigue finishing one hour. I did 4 sets of ab exercises. Sex drive is still good. No night sweats and BP is steady. The most significant side for me so far is aggression and sleep disturbance. I woke up 4 times last night and each time took me a good 20 minutes plus to fall back to sleep. Ill see how this effects my cardio next week. As far as strength and appearance its absolutely phenomenal.
