OK here we go. First shot .75mg one hour before cardio. I am also taking 20mg of Cardarine and 50mg of Proviron daily. Since this was my first ever Tren shot I was bracing for a cough, but no very smooth and no issues. Today was my cardio day only. Went to the gym one hour after shot. Zero effect on my cardio. I ran for one hour without any issues.
Today's weight in was 188. After I got home got in the shower I could see my veins all over my legs. No other issues to report. Next shot will be on Friday morning.
Also, I do take ZMA and melatonin nightly for sleep which works well for me. It will be interesting to see the effect on Tren on my sleep as well.

OK so woke up and first thing I did took my blood pressure which is 106/65 so one shot of Cut Mix did not raise it at all. Will monitor BP daily. No night sweats or problem sleeping last night either. Did my hour cardio before working out and no problem at all.
Bicep/Tricep day. 4 sets of 4 for each body part at 80 percent of max and pushed them around no problem. My arms felt extremely tight and pumped. I do feel a little strength gain, but than again not sure if its just placebo effect or the shot. We shall see in coming weeks. Again I do believe this was a perfect time for me to try tren after 26 years on gear. My cardio conditioning before this cycle was excellent and I will do everything to keep it that way. GW is definitely a must with this combo. Also forgot to mention I take cardarine which is great for BP.
Next shot tomorrow morning. So far so good.

Total 5 sets of 4. Incline bench, Incline dumbell, Flat Dumbell, Decline bench and dumbell fly's. I kept it at my 80% max with 10-12 reps. I pushed through very easily. Very vascular and quick pumps. I forgot to mention I take 5mg of cialis daily. Today the girls that were not hot at all looked extremely good lOL. The sex drive thing is really kicking in quickly. No impact on my cardio either.
Still on Keto and hour cardio daily. I am loving how this kicked in so quickly.

56 years old. Full physical with blood work was on the 7th. Everything was in range and doc impressed as always. I can't emphasize how important keto (no carb) life style improves your health. To be 56 on gear for 26 years with BP of 106/60, Cholestrol 170 is very good. I don't take a single medication. Religiously no sugar or carbs and one hour of cardio.

Its crazy how that kicked in. I can tell the aggression kicking in as well. I remind my self that I am on tren and let it go. The women looked even hotter today. Sex drive is through the roof. I was basically checking every single women in the gym and evaluating them one at a time. That is absolutely not me. I am very respectful to women and mind my own business in the gym and will continue that. Hammered the legs today and I could have gone longer but stopped.
5 sets 10 reps of squats
3 additional quad exercises x 4 sets x 10-12 reps
Hamstring 3 exercises x4 x 10-12 reps
3 x 4 calves 12-15 reps

Felt very strong and jacked. Nothing negative to report. With that said I have to reiterate that no matter how good I feel I will not risk the sides by increasing the dosage. I am perfectly happy with 300mg per week for 8 weeks.

By the way, I only get on the scale once a week. So Monday I will check my weight.

Of everything that you said one thing particularly remains synonymous with me and that's the fact that you're keeping yourself humble and you are not increasing the dosage, because that is actually my biggest problem is my ego gets in the way. When it comes to taking anything whether it's a Red bull, candy or gear, if one is good then two or three must be better. Ultimately regretting it each time.

Stay the course and don't adjust anything because it's working perfect for you. And you're killing me with the updates on all of the potential and possibilities hahaha.

LOL seriously this thing is crazy. Thinking about sex is one thing but all of a sudden everyone looking hot is something else. I feel like I am Shallow Hal. LOL.

As far as the dosage I will not increase. I am loving the ride without any negatives right now. Why in the hell would I want to mess that up. My goal is to get leaner and tight. Don't want to put on 10 - 15 pounds. I am extremely happy with a 190 pound body with single digit bodyfat. I don't have any wrinkles and stretch marks at 56 years old, that's because I never got so heavy fast. Everything I've done its been safe and in moderation with plenty of research. I am talking old school research before the internet.
Back in the 80s everyone had a copy of Dan Duchanes Underground Steroids Handbook in their back pocket.
 
Ok so woke up this morning feeling good. No issue with night sweats or sleep. I took my blood pressure as soon as I woke up and it was 115/72. Now keep in mind my normal BP is 106/62 or something close in that range, so i can tell you the BP is creeping up a little but still within range. Hit cardio no problem for an hour. I honestly believe years of cardio and the condition that I started this cycle, plus the GW is playing a major role. I would recommend that anyone thinking of starting tren to get into a regular cardio program. It will help you with the sides. That is my opinion. After cardio I wanted to lift so bad, but kept to my routine and left the gym after some sit ups. I am eating normal as a matter of fact trying to cut down a little. I don't think I've gained much weight, but that's the plan, but definitely looking leaner and more definition.

No other issues and as far as sex drive, forget it about it. It is the biggest problem for me so far. I just cant stop thinking about sex. I am not sure when this is going to stop, but it is defiantly going to be weird being normal again.

That great info so far, I can relate to the increased sex drive tren causes, there have been times the libido was in the way of getting things done so it can be too much at times and you’ll be glad when things return to a more normal state but probably not until you return to that state

Heck of a back day today. Definitely much stronger. I continue to adjust my 80% of max. Did my one hour cardio without an issues. Pump was crazy and my back and shoulders were covered with veins. I felt people staring at me. Sex drive is still through the roof. Weight in at 190 this morning which is perfect. Diet is very strict and clean.

Now I am starting to see some sides. Last night sleeping was little difficult than normal. Woke up several times and had a hard time falling asleep. Not sure because its Monday today and I have so much to do at work. Will see if this continues.

Aggression has definitely kicked in. I use Halo once a year before competition and it doesn't do this to me. Example there was a guy working out little close to me and I was very irritated. I was thinking of saying something, but again I reminded myself I am on Tren and its not me. Let it go. Thank God I do have self control. Yes the aggression is real. No other sides. So far I am loving this and now into week two.

Awesome shoulder work out. Very strong and aggressive. Again I continue to adjust my 80% of max range. One hour of cardio no issues what so ever. Did have sleep issue and very irritable. I constantly remind myself that I am on Tren and its not personal. New side last night. My mind was wondering about stuff that it usually doesn't. I had to distract myself to stop thinking too much. No gyno or night sweats or anything else. Blood pressure is little elevated 122/84. Again this is pretty normal range but I am usually around 106/65. Sex drive is unbelievable. My wife is certainly enjoying it.

Barbel shoulder press 4 x 10-12 reps
Giant set Side,front, bent over dumbell raise 4x 40
Arnold press 4 x 10 - 12
One hour of cardio.

So far so good with the sides, they are manageable.
 
OK cardio only day. One hour without an issue. So far I am extremely happy for aspect. I again believe my physical and aerobic condition play with clean diet and GW is playing a major role. Did have problem sleeping last night and I was extremely warm. Aggression is definitely there and the sex drive is still crazy. So far so good.
 
One hour cardio before lifting. Legs felt sore but the energy was there. Finished no issues. Today was bicep and triceps day. My entire body feels extremely tight. Not sure how to describe but I feel if I flex real hard I can tear skin. Its painful but it feels good. Kind of weird. Sleep is definitely becoming an issue. I am having a hard time falling and staying sleep. That is playing a major role in my agitation. Its strange but everything is starting to bother me. Peoples driving, how they are lifting, looking at their phones stupid stuff. I keep reminding myself its not me and its the gear. No other issues at all. BP is still good and no night sweats or gyno. Sex drive is still up there. I wake up every morning with 21 gun salute. LOL. Also, I've read some people have difficult time finishing the act while on Tren. I am not having that issue. Been taking caber every third day with Cialis daily.

Feel very strong and aggressive. In two weeks I am getting ripped and my muscles have muscles. So far I am loving this cycle.
 
Nearing the end of week two. Definitely more defined, shoulders rounder and separation of shoulders and upper arms are more prominent. Cardio still not issue. Sex drive crazy as heck. Aggression is high and needs to be constantly checked. Sleeping is beginning to be harder. That most likely adding to my aggression due to now getting enough rest. Strength is also through the roof. I am not a power lifter and never tried to break personal records, but I am sure it would be no problem if I tried. BP is still around 125 /82. As you can see with my conditioning and supplements in two weeks I went from average of 106/62 to my current number. So basically although 120/82 is still excellent if I would have started at this point I would be in the high 140 to 150 range.

4 x dumbell flies 10-12

Was pretty much exhausted after workout. Extreme pump and strength. I never worked out legs this hard before. Sex drive still great. Mood and sleep is not good, but trying to maintain and not make it worst. Also I noticed I don't have much appetite. This part is ok with me because my goal is getting leaner and more defined rather than putting on any weight. People are starting to see the significant difference in two short weeks. No other major issues. Will do another weight in on Monday to see where I stand.
