Alright Fellas, the time has come. The planets have aligned and we are back in the saddle with GC, ready to make some gains.

Have been completely out of the gym and in the Covid 19 rut for just over 7 MONTHS! Today was the start of my 3rd week back on the weights and 2nd week back to eating clean and on a schedule. My body and receptors are fresh, rested, and ready to soak it all up.

Below I will lay out my Diet, Cycle/Supps, and Training schedule that I have laid out for myself.

Diet will consisted is a Training Day and Non Training Day lay out. Carbs will be focus primarily Pre and Post Training and minimal carbs on Non Training Days. Adjustments will be made as needed.

Here is the current set up gearing towards a Recomp Phase for the first few weeks to let the body get primed up and ready to rock. Will be making small changes as we go with the ultimate goal being to add as much good quality size as possible.

Non Training Days
1. 50g Whey, 1 Cup Oats, 2tbs PB
2. 16oz Egg Whites, 2tbs PB
3. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
4. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
5. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
6. 8oz Beef, 1/2 Avocado or 1tbs PB

Training Days
1. 50g Whey, 1 Cup Oats, 2tbs PB
2. 16oz Egg Whites, 2 Cups Rice Cereal
3. 6oz Chicken, 1 Cup Jasmine Rice
4. 6oz Chicken, 1 Cup Jasmine Rice
5. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
6. 8oz Beef, 1/2 Avocado or 1tbs Evoo

Will toss in green veggies as I feel the need.

Cycle/ Supps

Sust 750mgs per week 250mg x3(may bump to 900 as some point)
Tren A/Mast P Blend 350mg per week 50mg Ed
Npp 600mg per week 150mg×4
2 i.u HGH 6× per week
T4 50mcg ed
Adex 1.5mg 3x per week
Nolvadex 20g eod/ed depending
Caber .5 2x per week
Cialis 10mg per day

Multi Vit/Mineral
Fish Oil
Turmeric
D3
Nac
Life Extensions Vit K
Revive Blood Pressure RX
Citrus Bergamot
Astragulas

Training will be a Upper/Lower Loading, Upper/Lower DC routine that has me training 4 days per week. Mon,Wed,Fri,Sat. Cardio will be 20/30 mins on rest days walking around the park etc.

Here is how todays Training Session went. These will be my starting numbers to progress from each session.

But I feel I've learned enough to get the job done. Just gotta stay disciplined and keep my eye on the goal.

Love my Avocados. Really helps to stay full and satisfied for a decent amount of time. I've noticed fats keep me sustained way longer that carbs.

Good to see you back at it man! I like your gear choice too, simple is good. The tren a/mast p blend is one of my favorites from GC, next to the TPP/NPP/mast p.
 
Tren & NPP ... Some say its a no-go. I personally had a great run with the combo and I know you've ran them together before so you already know what the deal is. I like the cycle layout alot..not for those newer to AAS by any means but with your previous history I like the doses. Please don't get hurt tho coming back from not touching a weight in 6 months..slow, gradual increases and before you know it, you'll be throwing around weight you were previously used to. I'm predicting a damn good recomp!

Thanks GC! Feels good to be back! This cycle combo has always given me the best results so if its not broken dont fix it right? Yeah I was pretty excited when I say the Tren A and Mast P at 150mg ea. Appreciate you checking in man!!

Yessir, Tren+NPP has always given me the best results. It is definitely my favorite combo by a long shot!! Yeah Bro it's hard not to just go full throttle, but I am definitely easing myself back in and getting that mind muscle connection in place again. So far everything's feel pretty good 🤞🤞.
