Heck yeah brother! I've actually been off nearly two months cruising on HCG. On Thursday I'm starting my first primo run, 350 primo, 350 test prop (pinning both QOD) and 40mg var/day. This gon' be iiinteresting!

Update for today:

Rest day from training so no numbers etc to report. Just finished up with a 35min walk around the park in the pouring rain. Was pretty damn peaceful I gotta say.

Did my first pin yesterday in my L Delt, super smooth going in and absolutely zero PIP to speak of today. Looks like GC still knows how to make some smooth gear😁 pinned another 50mg of the Tren A/Mast P Blend today in the L Quad and that went smoothly as well.

Was meaning to get some pics fresh out of bed this AM but had to go grab a new Tripod, which I did, so I will make that happen tomorrow. Dont worry they arent going to be anything to write home about LOL. Pretty soft etc currently..but thatll all turn around here in due time.

I like any food porn. Especially when it is really a bodybuilder plain style meal; I rarely post my regular boring meals but; I love to see straight hardcore; plain meals for FUEL ONLY!. I am excited to hear how the high NPP goes With that Sust.

Yeah man that's all my meals are currently, fuel. Nothing for enjoyment at the time 😐lol Although I do my best to make it taste as good as I can.

Sust, NPP and Tren are my 3 favorite compounds by far. Alone they are all awesome, but together they are even better 💪🏻😁. Hoping for some good result.

Yeah bro, had a health scare. Was peeing red and even some clots for about a week at the end of my last DHB cycle. I've seen 3 doctors, including a urologist, spoke 2 residents about it. Told them about all my gear use and it's still kind of a mystery, as my kidneys are fine (thank God), I didn't have a UTI and my recent bloodwork for prostrate came back normal. One of the residents thinks it may have been a cyst that popped. I suspect I may have had a small kidney stone that passed. They seem to think I'm healthy overall. The only thing left is to get a cystoscopy which I'm not looking forward to...

Alright Fellas, the time has come. The planets have aligned and we are back in the saddle with GC, ready to make some gains.

Have been completely out of the gym and in the Covid 19 rut for just over 7 MONTHS! Today was the start of my 3rd week back on the weights and 2nd week back to eating clean and on a schedule. My body and receptors are fresh, rested, and ready to soak it all up.

Below I will lay out my Diet, Cycle/Supps, and Training schedule that I have laid out for myself.

Diet will consisted is a Training Day and Non Training Day lay out. Carbs will be focus primarily Pre and Post Training and minimal carbs on Non Training Days. Adjustments will be made as needed.

Here is the current set up gearing towards a Recomp Phase for the first few weeks to let the body get primed up and ready to rock. Will be making small changes as we go with the ultimate goal being to add as much good quality size as possible.

Non Training Days
1. 50g Whey, 1 Cup Oats, 2tbs PB
2. 16oz Egg Whites, 2tbs PB
3. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
4. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
5. 6oz Chicken, 1/2 Avocado or 1Tbs Evoo or 2tbs PB
6. 8oz Beef, 1/2 Avocado or 1tbs PB

Training Days
1. 50g Whey, 1 Cup Oats, 2tbs PB

Training will be a Upper/Lower Loading, Upper/Lower DC routine that has me training 4 days per week. Mon,Wed,Fri,Sat. Cardio will be 20/30 mins on rest days walking around the park etc.

Here is how todays Training Session went. These will be my starting numbers to progress from each session.

Hoping for some drastic results, I like being able to watch my body transform. Its fun and exciting to me. I honestly don't think the cycle is all that crazy really. Moderate at best.

But I feel it necessary to say it's not like I am just pushing gear as a crutch for other areas. I've got all the other aspects in check also...Thanks Crue, should be good!!

I started back on chicken and rice this week for 2 of my meals. Switched from 2 chicken burritos made with roasted chicken and spinach. I feel better already after only 3 days. Meal prep bag and containers save the day

Atta Boy Crue! Yeah man I agree I feel much better now that I am back to eating clean in a schedule. I think alot of people dont realize how shitty shitty food makes them feel, because they eat so much if it that its just the norm.
