    Lessening Severe Dianabol Calve/Back Cramps

Whatís everyone routine to offset the cramps on Low/High mgs?

Even at very low doses, I get killer cramps, the best part is when they wake me up in the middle of the night & I feel like Iím dying

    Potassium, Magnesium, Taurine?

Always had great gains, but donít miss the cramps whatsoever, 50mg-100mg was the absolute worst, maybe my tolerance is low, or the actual product is right on the dose per/mg

These are almost 4+ year old tabs from my assortment, and I remember them being just as potent back then cramp wise

Almost all orals give me that ( anadrol, dbol, mk677, m1t ) and the best option is take alot of taurine and alot water . Stay away from deadlifts and squats if not you destroy your workout in pain

How much dbol do you take ? Because at 15-20mg and 50mg the effect are not the same.

Normally Dianabol give some water retention, you need to drink a lot (minimum 3 L or around 105,5852 fl oz)

Try to take supplement with magnesium and if you notice any change, try to UP your potassium.

Taurin help for some people from 7-10g daily for cramps / backpump etc ...

If Diana hurt you about this, never take stanozolol

I know everyone always says to take Taurine but it never does shit about my back pumps. The only solution for me is not to run orals.

Simple solution is to lower the dpse. You can also do it half and half with something like turinabol. T-bol is a sort of middle of the road oral so if I get sides with stanozolol I cut it 1/2 and 1/2. Same with D-bol.

If people are predisposed to these pumps it's most likely a genetic predisposition that you really can't get rid of. You can treat the symptoms but ultimately you'll wrestle if using orals are worth it or not.. Lowering dosage helps, stay hydrated, and also avoiding creatine. There's a ton of supplements and remedies, but nothing gets rid of them, for myself that is.

man, i think some people are just more cramp prone than others. i've tried everything mentioned here and nothing helped and still doesn't. Shit- i get cramps all the f-in time doing NO orals-just test and deca. really sucks when i'm about to blow my f-in load and get a f-in cramp. that will def. spoil the mood! unfortunately- it's just one of the things i have to deal with if this is what i want to do- BUT- it's certainly poss. some of these things mentioned will help you- and just don't help me. good luck man!
