We traveled to see my oldest son on Mother’s Day and got a workout in with him. We had a great time and his youngest siblings got to hang out as well. Excited for you! I am building my base. All is going well, just collecting more training equipment but, going to have one Gym Day(all machines) for leg/hip/glutes. Plus, when I travel; I hit the gym or whatever is available. Have great time with your oldest.

Had a great push day. Felt strong and threw around 150s dumbbells on incline bench for reps. Prep is going good so far. I know will be dropping the hammer soon. Enjoying the food for now. LOL

I like that. I did the same thing for a while. Like week 1 id do flat press and 35 degree and week 2 id do 25 and 45 degree press and so on for all the big partsI know ahead of time what I’m going to do but I will rotate out different exercises to get different stimulus each time.
