Checkins with coach yesterday. Weight is down a little sitting at 278lbs. Feeling a lot harder lately at this weight. I guess I’m growing into this weight now.

Leg day from yesterday. Decided to do some pre-exhaust before hitting my heavy compound movements for quads. The giant set below worked great. Legs felt amazing and pumped.

Seated hamstring curls 145lbs - 12, 12, 12
Walking lunges - 12, 12, 12
Hack Squats 3 sec negs. 8 plates - 12, 11, 10

Calf presses on leg press 8 plates - 18, 16, 16, 15

I’ve been watching and once I saw the giant set...! Omg, I do look forward to doing those one day! I am definitely not there yet. I need a hospital bed afterwards! Lol . The muscular pain combined with my whining are comparable to me w a bad cold! I turn into a whiny kid! That is my girl talking. She is mean! !

Wife gave me permission to share these. She will be starting prep for her first Figure contest in a couple of weeks. She is using Uncle Z Var at 10mg daily and 50mg of Primo weekly. Her coach is an IFBB figure pro and seems to be going well so far. She has put on about 12lbs since January and body composition hasn’t changed, probably leaner now. It’s been pretty evenly distributed but her back and shoulders are starting to look pretty sick as well as her legs.
