Hey ASF community train here it’s been a lil while!! Some of you may know me an some may not so a lil background on me ,I’m 5 ft 7 in currently 233 lb been training off an for 25 years yes I’m an old fuck at 54 !!!!
Last competed at the universe an got 4th but had some things go wrong with my body an wound up in the hospital before that did masters nationals an North Americans an universe finishing in 2nd barely missing my pro card !! So I took time off got my health right an DIDNT train for about a year then when I got off my ass Covid hit an the gyms shut down ,I’ve been back in the gym since they opened an been fucking killing it an working my way to get on stage again an fucking kill it
I’ll go over my training an other aspects as I go along but any questions or anything I can help anybody with just ask !!!!

Like you remember bro I always say U MAY BEAT ME BUT U WONT OUT WORK ME !!! Plain an fucking simple people ask me U have nothing left to prove I say bullshit I want to go out my way I was very sick on stage my last universe an still got fourth but fuck that cuz I know how much better I can be an I will be !!!!

its kind of hard to explain a bit of DC with some SST training I feel it covers all the fibers in the muscle an so far it’s worked for me I also every few months switch to Y3t

HOIST MACHINE PULLDOWN (1 set all to failure 2nd set to failure an beyond 3rd set SST )
245 lb 11 20 sec rest 8 20 sec rest 5
265. 9 1/2 20 sec rest 4 20 sec rest 2 1/2 20 sec rest
SST SET
165 lb 10 20 sec rest do this 3 times
145 Concentric reps to failure (20 sec rest between all )
125. Eccentric to failure
105 20 reps

BARBELL ROW

255 lb(20 sec rest between all )
11 8 5
9 4 2 1/2
315 lb for 6 reps

incline Db row (20 sec rest between sets )
95 dbs 12 8 5
100 9 4 3
100 Reps to failure

SEATED CABLE ROWS w/ lower back extension
start at 100 lb an work way up rack until u can only do 6 reps of each

HAMMER ROWS
2 pps 3 sets 20 reps take to failure

leg press 2pps 100 reps feet together

There it is felt good an was strong so no complaints here !!!

So off day today currently training 4 days a week which is new to me but giving the body the extra recovery time seems to be working ,I usually foam roll an walk the dogs an eat on my days off!!!

Omg. That red nowe pit you have looks exactly like the dog I used to have. Had to put him down about a year and a half ago. Best dog I have ever had. I think about that dude daily. Beautiful pack of dogs you got. Enjoy them brother.

I love them to death bro !!! I rescued him he is a bit aggressive but a good boy !!!

chest day today it’s prob my toughest day to get thru my right tricep tire when I thought I wanted to retire so I didn’t get it fixed so it causes issues but I can work around it to build chest !!!

CHEST (as always 20 sec break in between reps )(1stset to failure 2nd to failure an beyond ( forced reps )
incline smith press to neck
225lb 11 6 3
225 lb 9 4 2 1/2
155 lb 20 reps 5 sec negative

HOIST MACHINE FLYES

so that’s it try to beat my log book either in reps or more weight !!!

workouts going real good , great pumps smooth gear an lots of food not sure if anybody is interested in my diet but if so just let me know I can post that also !!!
