What’s up brothers ? Chest an triceps today felt good today !!! Sometimes it’s the getting to the gym that’s the hard part u know where mind tells u it’s ok to take a break but your heart says don’t be a pussy an go kill it so I usually let my heart win ,smoke a lil bud an put the headphones an then fucking throw down an proceed to kill it
It’s on the days I don’t want to be there I have my best workouts ,the gym is my solitude my getaway my therapy

Not totally happy with where I’m at but very flat in the pics an they were fasted in the morning ut hard fucking hard work will pay off !!

You know there comes a time during your training or maybe you have a little bit of self-doubt think that you might not make it!!! But then you know there comes a time when everything is just right in your training in your training your diet your gear your other supplements that you take everything just comes together and works in perfection, I feel like I’ve hit that point in my training over the last couple training sessions it feels like everything is just working good body feels good feel every rep can push the reps farther and farther go heavier and heavier everything just feels right!!! Don’t really fucking know where I’m going with this rant just wanted to put it out there the ups and the downs of all this stuff but again thanks monster gear for making this all happen your gear is great I feel great on your gear everything feels good thank u triple ot Also for making all this happen so just want to report on how training went today and how my mindset isn’t where I’m at and how I’m feeling taking the dogs for a walk in this cold so I figured I’d check in here and give everyone a quick update all right brother have a good weekend
 
Hey brothers , checked in Friday an slowly starting to raise food !!! Feeling really good ,appetite is good strength is good .
Went in an trained back today a lot of good heavy reps with a squeeze my back will be a strong point no matter what it takes !!
Going as heavy as possible with strict form an accentuating the negative hoping for a good hard dry grainy look on stage !!!
 
Chest workout today fuck it feels good when shit is firing on all cylinders my food has increased a bit :
1/ 5 oz steak egg whites an grits
2/ 6 oz chicken white rice
3/6 oz turkey 8 oz sweet potato
4/ 8 oz steak white rice an pineapple
5/ 8 oz salmon asparagus an egg whites

2 50 gram protein shakes pre an post workout

Everything is fucking rolling !!! Thanks monster for the great gear an this opportunity I fucking love this shit !!!!

Added a 6th meal in today so feeling real good about that time to grow into a show !!!
Great back workout yesterday may start to try to film some training a see if I can post them on here ,not sure if anybody would be interested but if so I’ll try it !!!
Adding in Tbol which I don’t believe monster carries so will add that from my private source along with the sus an equitren ,got to keep pushing hard an make this happen !!!!

So time for a lil rant I see these motherfuckers posting their pics from shows ten years ago acting like they still look like that!!!
Come on u lil 165 lb bitch when in shape step on stage an run your cocksucker then do a show that your class has more than 5 guys in an where most of those 5 look like they dieted on 5 guys hamburgers!!!!
So tired of seeing this shit want to step on stage early just to smash your ass when I’m at 80% but coach says no so I’ll follow the process an ignore this arrogant cunt for now your lucky bitch but your day is coming u can’t avoid me forever like u been doing
 
Check in this morning, pushing the food hard now an hoping for a lot of progress,training is going great either beating the log book reps or going up in weight !! Switched my training rotation to focus on weak points an just keep working hard an pushing forward
Fuck this shit is hard at my age lol but that’s what makes it such a challenge cuz u know most people my age are sitting on their asses eating junk food
No time to rest just time to kick it up a notch an work harder !!!

So let’s go over yesterday’s leg workout

Banded leg press (start with 1 plate per side 15 reps an work up to 8 pps )
Then drop to 5 plates for 12 reps with a 5 count negative an concentric then take to failure
drop set to 4 pps 25 reps
3pps 40 reps
2pps 70 reps

HACK SQUAT (6 different depths on this hack 10 reps ea position for a total of 60 reps do 3 sets

SAFETY SQUAT BAR SQUATS (ass to grass an hold for a 5 sec count )4 sets 15 reps

pendulum squats 4 sets 12 reps

sissysquats holding a 25 lb plate 3 sets 15 reps

Hamstring laying curls (work up the stack till u only get 6 reps )
Then reps to failure 3 rounds with 20 sec rest in between equals 1set .Do 2 sets then a 20 rep set of 1 1/2 reps

Seated leg curls performed in same manner as lying leg curls

Db stiff leg dead lifts 3 sets 15 reps

An that’s it for a Sunday morning!!!
