    Ass by GP var

    Couple more weeks and she will lean out. The picture doesn’t show how much mass she has but she is doing some heavy squats and deads.

    10mg ED.

    Added in some Cardarine from another source this past week.

    What is she squatting and for how many?

    What she weigh?

    My wife is squatting 205 for sets of 10 at 120 body weight.

    Trying to compare a little to see how well she is doing.

    Last week was 170 * 4.

    I want to see her get to 205. She will in a few more weeks. 180-185 will be on deck this week.

    She is weighing around 130-135 right now.

    She works out with me. Dead lifts , squats, heavy machine movements . She has put on quite a bit of muscle.

    About 50 more days and it’ll be time to rest a bit. Maybe she can use ostsrine for a while.

    I think she wants to start losing some weight soon so the 205 might might happen this time. Idk

    The last two years haven’t been good training years for either of us. The worst shape we have been in since we have been together.

    Glute bridges work really well for her plus she does a lot of kick backs. Girly shit I’m too much of a man to do.

    im not exaggerating when i say it made me sore. Using her weight.

    not sure how they do for mass but for shaping a female butt, IMO it’s the best.


    What else do you think ? She says donkey kicks too.


    She has built up these past couple months. We pretty much use the same weight on machines

    Bridges. Kick backs. Step ups. Lunges. Single leg dead lifts

    She is lean. So putting on quality size is difficult.

    Mad respect but I do not agree. My wife is all about power lifts... squats, dead lifts, ect. Her can is amazing and built by lifting heavy. She also does a ton of single leg lunges and step up. She’s legit... no bs here.

    She looks great too. But I have to add, most of us are gym goers amd not competitive, therefore training is a little different for some of us. For instance, I train my girl, she will do 1 compound lift per per body part, that’s her limit but she also does machines, cables and some girly stuff... I assure you her ass will make you drool while you snap your neck trying to double take on her lol

    That is actually a pretty good point that gets missed. Obviously not your ladies ass, it seems to have captivated you quite well!, but that we all have different goals and background. My wife was a competitive lifter and now trying to step up to physique. She’d put most guys to shame here with her work ethic and strength, and that’s not a slam. Again much respect, I’ll have to remember that when posting.
