If the bloodwork says to fast and some of them will than it’s best to fast just depends really on what you are testing for . Testosterone levels won’t be effected by food
 
Cholesterol wont be effected by food in the a.m. either (eat before bloods) from what they have told me, i cant get my bloods drawin unless i eat or its tunnel city for me
