Alright, so between getting sick, moving, and just the chaos of life ive taken about a month and a half off of training and what not, but now its time to kicking things back in motion, got myself a new gym since i moved so i figured well its probably time to hit a good blast and bulk up for this Fall/Winter so below is what I am looking at feel free to throw in any input, I am very open minded and dont mine experimenting.
Sust 500mg wk 1-12
tren hex 75mg eod wk 1-12
Deca 400mg 1-10
Npp 100mg eod 1-4 (not totally sure about this one, just love how quickly NPP kicks in)
Anavar 50mg wk 1-4
Cardarine 20mg wk 1-8 (Using for the endurance increase, not fat loss)
Have caber, adex, nolv all on hand if needed all from my dr.
Stats 204 lbs am weight, 5'11", 12% bf, training since 06'
Will be strength training 6x week (legs, back/calfs, shoulders, chest, arms, shoulders) really want to focus on widening my upper body n capping my delts.
Cardio 4-5x week am fasted, stationary bike
Cals im looking to bring in roughly 3500-3700 cals a day
