Protein powder, powdered eggs, canned food, etc
Those high protein oatmeal pouches I linked you to are amazing. tastes great and has decent macros. I have a protein shake and one of the pouches for breakfast most days. you can use the empty pouch to measure the water and then just microwave in a bowl for 90 seconds. I switch to old fashion oats every once in a while and just add peanut butter after its cooked.normal food didn’t even cross my mind. I always over complicate things.
I want to be able to survive a year completely self sufficient.
I don’t know why these things have been on my mind but they are and I’m not going to feel comfortable until I have things in place to survive in case something happens.
