Before everyone screams bloodwork, I already purchased my next bloodwork panel but donated blood today and didn't know if I needed to wait before getting bloodwork to show any changes.

Recent history, 15wk cycle 600mg/wk test e, last 5 weeks ended with NPP/Mast. Then rolled into a cruise at 200mg/wk Test E for the past 8wks now.

Bought a BP monitor for my next blast I'll be running higher doses and anadrol. BP is currently at 139/78 so not too bad but seem to be getting some tension headaches when I'm lifting hard and heavy. Added 81mg aspirin to my daily vitamins and fish oil. I eat a clean diet and I have been making sure I'm staying hydrated.

I'm guessing my hemocrit might be a little high and might be causing the BP raise cause I'm usually at a great 115/75 or so. I quit drinking almost a year ago and I vape (low nicotine but probably still constricts blood vessels). When donating blood the lady said I was almost too high on iron to donate. I think it was 18.7 and she said the limit was 19.5.

Main question is I donated blood today. After donating, how long should I wait to pull bloodwork for the full effects of the donation to show? 5 days or so?

I would say give it at least a wk.
5-10mg cialis daily
1-2 carditone

I would wait till BP is normal to blast again. You might want to even lower cruise dose to 100-150mg. I know but health is more important.

If you have any questions or want an list, email RED BIRD at redsxript@ctemplar.com.

Jack up your water and electrolytes and take at least 2 weeks to re test

If you want an awesome OTC BP med, its what I use and my clients use. I came off my BP meds and I take one in the am and one before bed and it keeps me in line.

Otherwise I am genetically disposed to high BP and run about 150+/100. On Carditone I run about 130/85

Makes a significant difference.

I sell it on my store but when it comes to sales the brand sucks. They offer me the same rates as they sell on Amazon for, so I can't make a dime on this product so I dont really sell it. But I always advocate it.

I thought about lowering my dose as well. The source has great products but for TRT/cruise the HPLC tests came back overdosed a good amount. Great in most cases and I'm happy to pin less ml, but might be running more gear than planned for just TRT/cruise.

I've heard cialis is a good substance to take for BP and it's other obvious advantages. Don't have any but I'll be sure to get some in the future. Thanks for the input.

That's 2 of you that recommended carditone. I was looking at that exact brand on Amazon. If it is that effective for OTC, I'll be sure to get some.

I'll be sure to check out your site and maybe add something else to the order just to support.

Appreciate the quick feedback.

A week after the donation for blood draw.

For the rest, I make my own vasodilator preworkout out of beet root, citrulline, and some other stuff. It drops my blood pressure while I'm lifting so I don't get the dizziness or headache. Works great.

The rest, stay hydrated and if it's not already, clean up your diet. Take readings over the next few days to see if the drop in red cells helps, it usually makes a world of difference for me. Especially the headaches and foggy feeling. Rehydrating well after donation is really important to gain your blood volume back and thin it out.

If that doesn't work, try some Carditone. If all for the above doesn't work, you might just be getting to the age where you need bp meds. The nicotine doesn't help either of course, as well as other stimulants.

Cialis can also help at low dose, but for some, like me, it actually makes it worse lol.

I stay around 145-150/80-85 naturally now, I think a combo of bad genetics and more muscle mass than my body likes. I'm running 40mg telmisartan daily and it keeps me around 125/68ish. Plus the added PPAR-y effects slow fat gain and increase glucose and lipid metabolism, which is a good thing for us.

Thanks GC....no dizziness or foggy feelings. Just what I would describe as a tension headache when I hit and intense set. A few times during sex. I didn't think much of it the first time or 2. When it seemed to be consistent I bought a BP monitor to check and noticed the slight rise. My main concern is the anadrol I'll be running next cycle which I know has a tendency to increase or spike BP.

I wanted to get it down now before I add more to the mix. My diet is very clean (probably too clean sometimes when I'm trying to bulk) all home cooked, whole grain, lean meats, fruits, veggies, etc. I feel like i drink a lot of water and I do not drink much else but I'll force more water down. As Wesley mentioned I might need some more electrolytes. I do hit my workouts pretty intense and sweat a lot.

I'm 37 so possible the years are catching up to me. Thanks for the input as well. I'll post up bloodwork and BP readings in a week or so to see where i stand before I blast off again...

Some have a negative reaction to Carditone, as much as I have read some great reviews and seeing great results for some... Others have the exact opposite reaction to it - it will actually raise their BP.

Also (for me personally), it gives me a very stuffy nose and digestive/bowl issues. I don't have an at home BP monitor, so I can't say if it raises my BP or lowers it - for that reason, I paused my intake until I buy an at home BP monitor.

If it does in fact lowers my BP, I can suffer through the stuffy nose and digestive issues (I have IBS as it is, so I am used to it, lol).

You sound like me lol. Carditone and mukta vati raise my BP and make me feel like I have the flu. I get the same effects from viagra and higher doses of Cialis too. Nose gets so stuffed up it's miserable and makes breathing difficult.

For me, I just need BP meds. They're the only things that work

Yeah I am on BP meds (Losartan and another one that I forgot the name of); however, my BP is around 140/80 (haha, we do sound alike). I am trying to get it lower... Smoking doesn't help me in this regards.

Higher doses of Cialis and Viagra ALSO stuff my nose up, too... Man, sucky genetics for us, lol.

I really need an at home BP monitor so I can tell what they are doing to my BP, though... If they lower it, for real, some of these side effects I can live through.

Yeah man, the nicotine is bad for blood pressure and arterial stiffening.

You should get one. They're not expensive and worth it to me.

Any personal recommendations on one?
I'll have to look at the one I have at home. I actually got it from the VA but I'm pretty sure you can buy them anywhere. It's really consistent for me. Plus you can plug it into the wall for perfect consistency. I notice that when batteries start getting low on the cuffs the readings get inaccurate.

I'll take a picture when I get home. I have the XL cuff and it barely fits. Think my arms are only 16.5 so you might be limited by that

Dang... Yeah, I think my arms are around 18", so I may need a larger cuff for sure lol.

Wouldn't mind knowing the brand though, thanks man! Appreciate it.

Here's the one I have. It's been the most consistent/accurate one I've had. Not sure where to get them done it came from the VA but I'm sure you can find them somewhere. Hell it's probably cheap knowing the VA

You can buy the wrist readers if your have bigger arms.

Read a lot about inconsistent readings on the wrist ones... So kinda detours me.

Yeah I had a wrist one and I threw it in the garbage. I could take a few reading back to back and they would be wildly different. I gave up hope on them after that. Can't recall the brand though because it's been quite a while.

This... I do 5 mg of C and 1 Carditone pill a day. I had similar numbers to yours, now Im always in prefect range (118/67), I very rarely go above 120/70, and if I do its slight, and after 3-4 coffees).

I got an omron brand wrist reader and it is as consistent as any cuff I've ever owned. I paid up for it a little, but it might be one of those you get what you pay for deals, dunno.

I have the omron series 5 and I picked it up from Walmart for under 50 . Make sure that you get the bigger cuffs if you need them . It always reads consistently with the readings I get with the dr . You and everyone else should have one especially if you’re going to be running gear .

Your dystolic number is under 80 which is good. The fact that there is such a spread between your sys and dys numbers usually means you're receiving some type of stimulus (anxiety about the BP test, or being amped from training, etc) causing your BP to spike momentarily. Mine seems a little high at times on cycle but when I relax for 15-20 mins it goes down to 65-68/110-118.

From my own experience, 18.7 and 19.5 hemoglobin are far too high. Both caused me headaches, and I felt like my head was going to explode when doing heavy things like squats.

Lower it.

Cut fat (seriously)

Look into a prescription blood pressure medicine. I recommend telmisartan. I am not a doctor.

Do all three. It works. I am not a scientist, but I am sharing my own personal experience with what actually works. The combination of all three seems to be magic. Good luck.

I donated blood a week ago and I'm about to get bloodwork done in the next few days. I've been staying well hydrated and cut back some caffeine. Today when I woke up, my blood pressure was 128/78 so already much better.

I want to pull blood work after donating to see where my hemocrit/hemoglobin sits before I start my next cycle.

Thanks to everyone for the input. I'm just trying to play this safe at 37yo and relatively new to the game.

Cialis will help. My guess losing a little more blood wouldn't hurt you. If you live in one of those states that has the "other" red cross type organization, go donate another pint.
Most people are down for a day or two after donating.
I donate in the am and train that night. I could easily give 50% more each time due to blood volume.
If you didn't feel even remotely dizzy or light headed even for a few seconds when you stood up after then you could lose a little more. Is it ill advised? Maybe. Aspirin should always be in your cycle supps. 1 am and 1 pm was my docs suggestion.

Always test your bp at rest and always take it 3x in a row. Grab your monitor and sit and chill for 20 minutes then take it. If you get up and walk 2 steps it could jump 30 top and bottom.

Why the Aspirin, just curious?
