Inspired by Mike Arnold's old write up on high dose EQ, and Juice Pals September Special, I've decided to give EQ another run at a higher dose than I have before. I'm a little fuzzy but I think I ran it one time at 750 at 700. There may be another run in there somewhere. Anyways I'll be running it between 1 gram and 1500 per week. Still undecided on my test dose and injection schedule and everything. I get a new idea every day. I'd like to work my way up to 1500 test/1500 EQ but we will see how things go. That would be my highest test dose and my highest total mg/week. Other compounds will be added in periodically. Im thinking anadrol early then proviron at some point and maybe some tren as we get close to spring '21. That's all tentative.
Right it might look something like this:

1000 EQ from juice pal
100 mg anadrol from somewhere

Let's see. As far as health is concerned, I'll do what I can, but I expect my BP to go up a bit and I know my lipids will take a hit. I reckon it may be time for me to start doing cardio anyway. Ill try to fit it in somehow maybe 3 days a week to start. My dumb ass spent 1200 onna slat mill for my dog but cant pull the trigger on a used treadmill for a few hundred bucks. I need to just bite the bullet.
My current "health supp" stack is as follows, though Im under no delusion that this will offset the damage Im about to do to my body.
Vit D - 5000 iu/day
Vit C - 2 g/day
Zinc - 50 mg/day
(Immune support/virus prophylactic)
Fish Oil - 2400 mg combined
Aspirin - 81 mg
Boron - 6 mg
CoQ10 - 200 mg
Res Yeast Rice - 1200 mg
I think thats it. Ill add an NAC/TUDCA if and when I introduce anadrol. Im leaning towards holding off for a while on the drol because I stayed on injectable winstrol longer than I probably should have last blast and I figure I need a break.
I also take 50 mcg T4 daily but Ill probably switch that to Bitiron containing 50 T4/12.5 T3 to help with the added food.
That brings me to diet. I will be looking to gain so I will be trying for a surplus. I've been kind of stuck in this 225-235 place where I add cals/carbs and fluff up a bit up to the low 230s, then I cycle them back down and end up at a pretty lean 225. Tough to break out of this place, which is why Im thinking something drastic like this is necessary to get my body to a new set point. Ive never seen the scale tip 240 so that is a good initial goal I think. If I can end this thing with a new set point of 245 I will be more than satisfied.
Typical Day:
Meal 1: 6 whole eggs, 1 cup oats (52 P, 35 F, 54 C, @750 cals)
Meal 2: 48 g whey (post workout) (48 P 240 cals)
Meal 3: 8 oz chicken, 1 cup rice, varied veggies (70 P, 75 C, 7 F, @630 cals)
Meal 4: 7.5 oz tuna, 2 clif bars (69 P, 84 C, 15 F @760 cals)
Meal 5: Redcon 1 MRE shake (48 P, 75 C, 2 F, 525 cals)
Meal 6: 8 oz 90% ground sirloin, 1 cup rice (65 P, 75 C, 25 F @650 cals)
That puts me around 3600 cals, 350 P, 375 C, 75 F. Def some room for improvement on paper but in reality it's gonna be tough to increase portion sizes or add a meal. Hoping the EQ will help with hunger and let me pack in an extra 100 g of carbs or so to start.
Training is pretty basic, 5 day bro split - chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs. That works best for me. Hitting each body part once every 7-9 days depending on work and life schedule. Ive been a higher volume guy mostly but out of necessity Ive been trying to cut down on my time in the gym and do more intensity techniques for lower overall volume. It's a tricky balance, and I ended up with some strains last blast. My joints are built for heavy duty type training. Im finding my way. I like rest pause a lot on my big exercises. I use cluster sets and drop sets a lot too.
Just as a reference point here is where my strength numbers are starting:
Incline BB bench - 315X8
Overhead BB Press - 225X8
Squat - 365X8
Deadlift - 455X6
I dont like venturing below 8 good reps but in order to build strength I will. I believe in progressive overload as the primary growth principle at this stage and I know I have plenty of room before I max out my strength numbers.
Thanks for stopping in max! I can never have enough reminders to stay hydrated. Its a constant battle. I will def be more anal about it once this kicks off.
I may not agree with EQ as a choice of AAS lol but I will root for you to crush your goals! Add in 1 baby aspirin a day, the blood doctor had me do this when my blood was all out of wack a few years ago

Thanks brother! Ive been on baby aspirin for a while out of an abundance of caution. Had a blood clot last year and after the doc prescribed 3 months of Xarelto everything came back good on my workup and echo but I just decided to hop on the aspirin given my lifestyle. Ever since then Ive been religious about doing phlebotomies every 4 months or so as well.
