Hey guys, just turned 40, decided to try the enhanced lifestyle. I am a type 2 diabetic. Have a high protein, moderate fat, low carb diet with weekly refeed days.

I have been with coach since September 1, list 20 pounds, and feel pretty good.

Going to poke around and be an observer for th most part, but if I have anything to offer to the conversation I will add my 2 cents.
