What cheat meals you eating man
I’m definitely thinking a large extra cheese half baked pizza and maybe some sushi. Since I can’t lift much I’ve been riding my bicycle on the trainer, so I’m blowing through calories.

Where you been hiding man?
Maxs Log under log section Everyday! Just training hard. Gonna compete for first time , I train everyone else for comps, so...I finally am jumping in and gonna do Mens Physique. Should be my first step towards a long goal I have had. Excited for it.
