testicular pain!

So have a weird problem come up just today. I have a slight pain in one of my testicles. maybe I just fucked too hard last night or bumped them or lifted too heavy yesterday. It can be about a million things I know so I am going to see my doctor if this persist and I got bloods taken today but wonder what my AAS brothers think.


I ended my blast cycle just yesterday but I was on:
250MG test Cyp per week
189MG test prop per week
43MG tren ace per day
389MG masteron per week (200 enantate and the 189 prop)
500MG EQ per week


I am also taking:

Accutane (I think this is the cause of it as its listed as a side effect, I have been taking 10mg a day for a month now)
Cialis 20mg twice a week
anastrazole (.5mg twice a week)
Finasteride (1mg 3x a week)

Not necessarily...I've known several guys it started out as "mildly annoying" and progressed from there. Usually post sex, usually just the one nut, etc. Could be some mild blockage in the tubes too.
 
Get it looked at bro ASAP!!! Testicle pain is nothing to ignore.

Yeah.. I've had 5 hernia surgeries over the past few years. Before I had my inguinal hernias repaired.. it felt like I had been kicked in the balls, especially after lifting heavy. Most guys that lift have them to some extent.. just depends how bad they get.

It's scary how much they can swell. Mine (not due to torsion) got cantaloupe sized in 24hrs once. People who say you pass out if you're in enough pain are full of crap.

I'm not sure if my situation is similar but for as long as I can remember, every once in a while I will get a slight annoying pain. no hernias or pre-existing injuries. it was more of an annoyance, I have been shut down most of my adult life. once in awhile I would blast some HCG and for a little bit it would get slightly worse but then it would go away altogether..

as silly as it sounds it's almost like a phantom pain.. blasting HCG always helped but like I said for short duration it would slightly get worse, but during the course of the HCG treatment it vanishes entirely until the next time..

I was never able to get an answer for this.. I just wrote it off as a phantom pain from being shut down, testicular atrophy, the lack of blood circulation and other fluids.

My endocrinologist said it is not healthy for your nuts to shutdown and can cause pain.

And I had pain from time to time before HCG.

Another thing to note. Big loads make for big orgasims. Little loads, little orgasims.

Think about it :)

that makes perfect sense.. that aligns with the symptoms that I was experiencing dissipating, but let me tell you they did increase just for a little bit.. far as the load part, I have hardly anything coming out yet my toes still curl from her BJ's 😂 if it intensified anymore I probably have a heart attack..lol
 
When your balls get smaller from being on test, it's the same thing as trauma to the boys. Happened to me on TRT.

I second using hCG. my first cycle using it and at 1000iu/week split 500iu sun and wed, currently on week 4 and my boys are plump. i remember getting a slight (for lack of a better word) throb in one of my boys when the atrophy kicked in. hCG is so cheap if you get it from the right source. i payed about $150 for a kit of 10 livzon 5000iu vials w/ 2ml BAC water each.

do you notice it gets slightly tender and throbbing after the HCG, just slightly more intense and then it dissipates? happens to me every time

usually (i use that word lightly considering i have little experience with hCG) my boys tighten up like i just swam in cold water with a little (uhhh how do i put this) pressure. but no pain. only time i get pain is when not using hCG and they've shrunken a great deal or during PCT when they've began their journey back to normal. very possible the tender throbbing (hope i never have to use those words again haha) is from the boys getting off their lazy asses and getting back to work.

Yeah it doesn't have to get too bad either. I've had it before and was diagnosed, but it ended up relieving itself on its own. Got kinda bad after a couple days but ended up going away on its own
 
When I was having testicular pain it was (I believe) due to atrophy. Got on HCG and didn't have any issues thereafter. Not sure if related, just sharing my $0.02.
 
So the pain went away not even lasting all day after i posted this, its like three days later at this point and nothing, i think you guys may be right that its caused by me being shutdown for so long. I am going to give hcg a shot this cruise

check into proviron on your next blast-does wonders for me w/ the boys- and try to condense your compounds down to 3 or 4 bro. I bet ur ass looks like a pin cushion. just my op.

definitely let us know how you make out for educational purposes for all other readers.. everybody that chimed in gave a little bit of good advice from all sorts of angles. if a reader has persistent pain and HCG does not help it, this topic could probably help them and give them guidance to take the next step by contacting their general practitioner..
 
I was just mentioning this in another thread, I had to actually stop TRT because the pain got so severe for me. I felt like someone had kicked me hard in the nuts at least twice a day sometimes more often, and between bouts of pain there was always a dull ache. I had a sonogram of my balls, went to a urologist, got blood tests, the whole 9, but all was well. No one was able to figure out what caused the pain. I only got relief once I stopped TRT. I had tried HCG, as well as tamox and chlomid but nothing helped, after 6 months of painfully chasing my tail, I gave up and quit.
