    Satisfaction

Just wanted to say I am truly satisfied to this point with GC, both him and ldog have been more than accommodating with answering questions in a professional and timely manor and the supplements have proven to do what I expected given my limited knowledge as well as my diet/workout regimen still needing to be tuned in. I would also like to thank the rest of you gentleman that have provided me guidance to this point even though many act like Cunts/Kunts and I honestly think Milford King is the funniest SOB on this board dude kills me with the shit he comes up with.

They really do run a tight ship at the church. Probably made a dozen orders during this sale alone. Plus they actually give a shit about keeping a solid customer base.

GC and LDog are great to work with. Iíve been out for about a year now and they will be my go-to when I pull the trigger. They are top notch for sure!

Getting back to normal. Had 2 patellar tendon tears about 5 months apart, both needing surgery to have reattached back to the bone. Two different tears, two different locations. Still rehabbing and almost walking normal again. Itís been a long road, but finally doing light squats now getting the muscles to fire and trying to learn to jog again. Been out for about a year now. Nice to hear from you and glad to see GC is still on top of the game! Canít wait to try some of GCís tasty treats.

[QUOTE=Augustine5I;1758042]How did you tear them? Heavy squats?

I wish I could say that was the case, but it was not even gym related. Total fluke accident playing intramural sports. I buckled my knee, lost control, and then fell with my lower leg tucked underneath my body. I was in a bad position and the tendon snapped (feeling like a Joe Theisman experience). It was a loud ĎSNAPí and then felt like someone kicked me in the back of my leg as hard as they could. After it happened, my friends helped me get back to a Ďtoes upí position.
Fast forward 5 months later after trying to get back to somewhat normal, walking and very basic activities, I misstepped and fell tearing it again. Only this time I could actually feel it tear away and I knew immediately what happened. I tore a vein as well causing it to gush blood like a fountain. Spent several days and nights in the hospital during the height of the Covid pandemic. Not cool.
Anyway, after a year away, Iím back, ready to heal and get back after it again!

Thanks man, Iíve always had bad knees but this was totally unrelated. On a good note, I had an old meniscus tear from years ago that the orthopedic surgeon repaired for me. So there was a silver lining of sorts.

I guess with all these tears and issues, there had been no need for Cialis huh?
