And at the mall they still have food truck night where dozens of food trucks park with exotic food and tons of people go and eat

Last night I drove by it looked like a high school campus all the trendy peeps were there so they can be seen and feel important wearing mask until they eat.

Almost a year after a West Baton Rouge sheriff's deputy shot and killed Josef Richardson while executing a "no-knock" warrant at his motel room, the officer has been cleared following an internal affairs investigation and has returned to regular law enforcement duties.

The sheriff's office released its full internal affairs report to the*West Side Journal*earlier this week and that newspaper shared the report with The Advocate. It shows that Deputy Vance Matranga Jr. was cleared of wrongdoing, a decision that came after prosecutors announced in March that they wouldn't press charges against the officer.

It was originally presented as a no-knock warrant then allegedly changed to knock and announce. Neither she nor her boyfriend was the target of the investigation, it was her ex-boyfriend who they knew was at another house. The boyfriend stated he heard something at the door and got his gun. It was in the middle of the night. He did not hear the police announce and when they broke in he fired his weapon. Cops returned fire and Breonna was killed as a result. The boyfriend was initially charged with attempted murder of a police officer but those charges have been dismissed because he had a legal right to fire (stand your ground). The city of Louisville banned no-knock warrants moving forward to prevent incidents like this in the future.

the training i suggested will have you knock him out due to increased eye to hand coordination and the muscle memory you learned while learning that sold left to the mit/chin

Also keep some real brass knuckles on you, their no joke and will crack ribs with little force

I do not know your exact situation in these fights but know this, once the guy is on the ground stop. Self defense is one thing, ground and pound is another.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one big fella.

If you knocked the guy to the ground he is going to want to get up, never fails.

Trust me, the second time around is better than the first time.

FUN!

As to the leg sweep, if you are experienced with that move I would say use it. If not it would probably be a big fail.

Lot of this sounds easy but it's not. Speed, power technique are not easy to aquire.

Just hope the idiot you're fighting is drunk or plain stupid, which is usually the case and you always have a good chance.
