    Attention Gorilla Customers

    Recently there have been quite a few members complaining about "issues" they're having with communication, payment process and customer service.

    These issues have been almost exclusively due to customer error.

    Not using a secure email.

    Not checking your spam.

    Not realizing that things don't run on the weekend.

    On top of these self caused errors, the customer's seem to think sending multiple emails and blowing up Gorilla's inbox is the best thing to do. Wrong thing to do.

    So, going forward I have been asked to start weeding out the customers who can't seem to follow instructions and "blacklist" them.

    GP is a very long standing trusted sponsor. Rarely have there ever been issues and, if there ever are, they are handled accordingly.

    So, if you don't have faith in GP and are worried in the least bit about receiving your items, save yourself the time and do not order from him.

    Very simple.

    If you do order and you don't have your pack in 36 hours or whatever ridiculous time frame you expect and you start emailing, expect to not do business with him anymore. Period.

    If there is a time during your order process that you DO have a question, ask a rep. If it's something that needs to be addressed we will find out for you or, give you the go ahead to get in touch with GP.

    Simply put, be sure you understand EXACTLY what you need to do to order, email and all, before you order, then, chill the fuck out.

    If you follow the exact directions it’s no issues, at least not for me, I recommend GP.

    Sometimes it is like that lol but this wasn’t a tongue lashing . I’m sure the big man gets fed up with tons of messages when the instructions are pretty clear on how to do stuff

    Another word of advice, everyone shouldn’t even question where their package is until after the 2 week mark of sending payment. Very very simple rules to follow.

    Hahaha, i ordered from gorilla a while back and had no issues at all, I also pay attention to what labs request when ordering. I just thought it was funny like the soup nazi on seinfeld. No juice for you!!! Lol 👍

    Been using GP for more than 5 years. With no issues, shipping, communication, overall service always great. If i had questions Big Rich took care of it. Just got my last order. Fast shipping, just havent posted yet!! Thank you GP👍👍👍

    Not a tenured member on this forum, but gorilla has been outstanding on the two orders I placed almost back to back. Already seeing gains, and happy with how business is conducted. All questions I have ever needed were answered in the FAQ's. I took into account what are business days, holidays, and weekends, and padded shipping with those factors, and my packs have arrived within the allotted time. Just got one today. I think its simple reading and common sense to help ease those who are questioning what/how things are done.
