Do you guys get high bp when on cycle? Mine always goes up on cycle.

Does anyone take BP medicine when getting on cycle and then get off when cycle is over?

I use cialis. 113/73 on blast. Gear church has great cialis for a good price everyone loves it. For me it makes it a non issue.
 
Mine does go up but not terrible. I don't think I've seen it above 140/90. Baby aspirin and fish oil is all I do. I try to avoid the daily cialis but it is proven to help and is a much better option than beta blockers or ace inhibitors IMO.

Funny because when i use test from script i never get high BP, i feel zen i have great gain, when i use Test E from UG lab some lab give to me high BP and feel stressed.

That's because the script shit is underdised as hell.

Just curious, why do you stay away from daily Cialis? Any specific reason?
 
Mine goes up as well, which means I have to take certain actions in other areas. Example, more cardio helps, blood donating every 60 days, cleaner diet, less caffeine, etc.
I am taking carditone and a couple other OTC supplements as well to assist. I have noticed that when doing all the previous, BP drops back close to my normal, healthy range.

Precisely what I was going to write. Exact same method here.

Donating regularly for me is super super important. IF I let it go even a month later then when Im supposed to donate, I feel tired and am red all the time. For me it runs in my family so I have to deal with it minus AAS.

Also HGH spikes my BP insanely. Prob from the water retention.

Man, I don't think my BP has ever been that low lol.

Lots of cardio and athletics helped. I force myself, even on bulks. Plus, I don’t dirty bulk, ever. No alcohol or tobacco is a key factor within that combination. Keeping stress low mentally helps because I get white coat syndrome at the physicians office! Lol. After she does the first one, I make her take it again and it is low. Nerves/Stress has a lot to do with it!

Man... I need to really stop smoking, I know that’s not helping me. Already on high BP meds and I have an issue with caffeine/energy drinks and cigs. Trying to stick to at least just vaping at the most. I don’t drink though... so that’s a plus.

Mind letting me know what at home tester you use?

I'm in my sixties and been an avid mountain biker along with other endurance sports.

Lifestyle has a lot to do with it.

Stress will bring mine up without a doubt.

LifeSouces UA-767. One step at a time! Go to vape , then to the nic lozenge or gum, then quit! Cardio is key or you’ll eat the house! Watched family members do it!

100%! I highly recommend sports. Some type of biking, reg cardio, mountain biking, hiking, competitions, soccer(footie), full court basketball, etc. Makes a huge difference. I do also do Yoga, not everyday but I join my eldest sister classes...OMG, not Easy! Not by a long shot! I do use meditation, especially cycling. This is some Celtic Relaxation Music I listen and watch to on YouTube and Prime

But I dialed down AAS volume and length of time when blasting.

I am all for controlling BP, whether it is exercise, supplements, medication. Heart Disease is rampant in males, so monitoring it ON or OFF is very smart.

Make no mistake, “Everything costs you something”

Personally, a daily dosage of Cialis will cause me daily heartburn, EOD or twice a week works best for me

For me personally, I use Cialis about every other day or every three days. However, even if I take it daily I don't have any "negative" sides that I can speak to, besides randomly getting hard and wanting to bang all the time lol.

Cialis is not BP medication. Even though it helps with BP cialis is no where close to regular generic BP medication for effectiveness.

And generic BP medication is cheap, with no side-effects as where cialis does cause a few issues as previously described and is more expensive.

I have come to realize at 6-2 210 pounds is my healthy weight.

Any more weight I start having BP issues.

I have that with or without it on test and or aas. I get the 20 mg tabs from gc and break them into 4 pieces and take 5 mg ed. I haven't noticed any heartburn and my bp runs low normal blasting multiple compounds. It makes sex a little better but that's not why i take it.

True, added weight makes me snore like “rolling thunder” too which means no sleep for anyone else and half ass rest for me

Of course diet and cardio but certain orals will cause increase BP. So when stopping BP should regulate.

Always donate blood every 2 months.
5mg cialis ED is EOD
1-2 carditone
