    Question Worth it to still use Creatine and/or NO3 supplements while on AAS?

    Does anyone still use supplements like NO3 Preworkouts, or Creatine while on AAS? Does it really even do anything at that point? I mean Creatine is great for a few lbs of water in your muscles and increasing ATP to give your muscles a bit more energy. And NO3 supplements do increase your pump and all that...but considering AAS does all these things to a greater degree, is there even any point to including these kinds of supplements into your regimen? I haven't touched Creatine or any other supplement besides whey since I started using AAS several years ago. Does anyone still use these with AAS and have some experience to share?

    Creatine is invaluable.

    Use the HCL version and you won't see
    Water retention.

    Creatine improves strength, recovery, endurance and
    Also has many effects on neurology.
    It is even used as an anti depressants.

    I would venture to say that gear would make them more effective. Better pumps from gear and more blood in the muscle means more amino acids (including creatine and arginine) being shuttled to muscle cells.

    It was my understanding that creatine pushed glycogen and water into the muscle together at like a 1:3 ratio?

    You saying the HCL version doesn’t need water to get the glycogen inside?

    Friends here is a great great study to read in full. Really shows the beauty of Creatine. Creatine is so under rated to this day. IMO everyone should be using it, on cycle, off, etc.

    HCL aka Ethyl Ester is a salt, and therefore absorbs faster and has a higher bioavailability. This is why it only take 1-2grams of HCL to show the same effects of 5g of Monohydrate.

    Here is the study you will really enjoy:

    The effects of creatine ethyl ester supplementation combined with heavy resistance training on body composition, muscle performance, and serum and muscle creatine levels

    PLA= Placebo / CRT = creatine mono / CEE = Creatine HCL

    Yes that is a good point I didn't consider that. Perhaps I should give creatine another chance.

    This... There is countless studies on it... and for that alone I always use creatine intra and Post... I especially use it when running var... Var enhances creatine and its functions, increased pumps and fullness.. Var creates creatine synthesis.. Yes AAS does many things but they also create the environment in which
    are bodies are more sensitive and inclined to utilize to a greater potential.. Much like protein synthesis when using AAS, with certain supplements there because other opportunities for nutrition partition and transportation and utilization. These windows of opportunity are there, why not capitalize on them while it presents itself?
