It is time

Got my stuff from GC recently, thank you sir. Everything looks great, started dbol right away, nips started getting puffy next day, expected. I feel pretty good without taking Adderall, so that's great, pumps feel great. Did my first shot of gc test cyp, 2ml in the glute, went smooth through a 25g. Started the cialis also when I started the dbol, definitely works, the liquid has to be shaken but, there are no granules or anything, I'm confident in being able to dose it as desired. I also got npp, haven't started yet. Got Aromasin also, tabs. O yea, all the vials are full, to the top.

I barely take the cialis now, the test alone makes my dick get hard way too many times a day, morning wood is almost irritating when I have to piss Hella bad. So yea, that's all awesome.

My cycle right now is test C 250mg and 150npp on Monday Wednesday Friday and 10mg Aromasin eod

On a meal plan and feeling really good.

My weight has gone up a lot from all the food water and gear. 3 weeks ago I was 160, yesterday the scale said 179.6 at the heaviest. 177 this morning after using the bathroom.
I shit like 2 times a day so I'm not worried about being backed up or anything
I've only had 1 full week back in the gym, I was using my own stuff at home for a minute. The workouts have been great, legs were fucked up since it's been so long but, everything is responding very well in my body.
Visual changes have already been dramatic to where even my 2 kids are like "dad how are you so big already?" My wife is kinda blown away because she's only seen me on my trt and not eating or training a lot.

I understand that the weight isn't muscle, I'm assuming my muscles hold a lot of water when I get on cycle because my weight has always shot up dramatically when starting a cycle and I've never even eaten this much food, so it's just what my body does.
The thing that's weird to me is I stay and am staying lean despite the rapid weight gain, usually I see guys look puffy/bloated, no cuts no veins when they blow up with water weight.


Diet to start
Meal 1: 1 cup oats, 1 scoop whey iso mixed in with 2 tbs Natural Peanut butter, 4 eggs

Meal 2: 7oz chicken breast, 8 oz potatoes, 1/2 cup greens

Meal 3: 8oz 80/20 ground beef, 1 cup white rice, 1/2 cup greens

Meal 4: 7oz chicken breast , 8oz sweet potatoes, 2tbs peanut butter

Meal 5 8oz salmon or 9oz new york strip or top sirloin, 1/2 cup greens

Post workout 50grams whey isolate shake with 5 grams creatine mono, and 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter

I imagine this will change as my coach sees fit.

Again, I've never been able to eat like this, it is going well though.
 
Nice. It could be some muscle memory going on too from before the 'Rona. I added a lot of size while cutting after I got back in the gym, on only 300mg test.

I was thinking that as well, either way, the gear is good for sure and I'm excited to see what my body can really do.

Lol not calf raise, calf bounce, no range of motion, no weight, no point or purpose other than getting me heated that I have to actually ask them how many more sets of whatever they're doing they have left and then it seems like they always say 1 or 4, wtf, just admit that you're just there to watch booties and stroke your ego while scrolling social media....

Fuck. Today was leg day, I went heavier than last week and nobody got hurt, it was a good day.

Weight seems to have leveled out, it actually dropped back down a bit. I've been doing some reading and I'm thinking my body is basically detoxing from all the years of crap food, basically I think the coating of old shit is getting stripped from my intestines/colon. I feel really good, my whole core feels and looks a lot better too. I'm sitting around 174 now.

Did legs on Monday, tomorrow is legs again and they recovered quicker than last week so I'm excited to push a little harder tomorrow.
Seeing subtle changes all over, my wife is good at noticing things I don't see.

Here's a quick update.
I tweaked my arm squatting because of how I hold my elbows or some shit, idk, some of you probably know exactly what my problem is, I guess it's kinda common when you have shit form.
Anyways, I noticed it early and I've been icing it for 20 minutes and then stimulating some blood flow to it after with little 2lb dumbells, it's getting better but, I feel it on push or pull in my bicep and inside my elbow, or underside of my elbow right under my bicep
I had the same thing happen but, worse, years ago from arm wrestling someone..

My weight is at 176, I feel full, can see changes, my wife and kids notice changes, strength is increasing, pumps are fucking stupid, dick works great, mood is nice and stable even when my wife is going up and down, which has helped her be more stable, she suffers from severe depression and i haven't always been the best at handling how it affects her mentally.
I am not attributing me being a better husband fully to gear, although having optimal and stable hormone levels will help anyone in general, being back in the gym with her and being consistent with a routine has really helped.

Anyways.
I was expecting to not be so lean still but, maybe my coach will bump the carbs up.

Looking good buddy.
Pretty good separation on the legs/thighs, just need more meat.
Of course heavy leg presses and squats will help do that, but I found, at least with me, that throwing in quality volume squat training sometimes helped my legs grow quicker than heavy squats alone.

Agreed. I have to get in a couple sets of heavy overload movements on either the squat or leg press, then add a good amount of volume after that and my legs seem to respond really well to it.
 
Guys, I am having major issues with what seems like bicep tendonitis, I've been staying super hydrated, added magnesium and calcium, have been stretching but, I keep getting weird cramps in all my muscles.
Today was legs and it started in my delt during squats even though I fixed my arm angle, it then travels down my arm into my inside elbow and bicep, it just feels painful as fuck and ended up leaving early because it was that bad, the right arm is starting to act up too.
It's fucking driving me insane, I'm literally so sad about this, we've put so much into this already and now I'm scared I really fucked something up.
After ice, massage, stretching and ibuprofen it feels kinda normal but, any extended flexing or pressure and it starts flaring up until I can barely move my arm.
I guess it's time to go see a Dr, don't have insurance but, we need to know what's going on and if my dream is fucked or not.

This fucking sucks brothers.

Good decision. Sometimes the mind wants to go 200mph but the body is still at 70mph....slowly build up your body...let the mind(CNS),tendons and ligaments adjust to the new stress and game plan. Also, do something with those pumpkins..get em carved up!!!

I am running 450mg npp a week along with 750 test cyp.
I really think I just went too hard too fast, I literally sat on my ass for Hella long, even before covid I was just driving lyft for long hours.
 
bro...bicep tendonitis sucks but def workable. high volume sets and LOTS of stretching...you can find some PT stuff online...but yeah man..Ive had it on both sides over the years. sucks..but like i said..workable.

These things have worked for me

Stop doing all pulling rom
Wear a Compression sleeve
Use ice 2-3 times a day
Apply pressure to pressure points (arrasti style massaging)

Also a very small amount of hgh can help these injuries but it’s a trial and error type of scenario in my experience
