Ultrasound. Enlarged Heart

Get Shredded!
I do not take any stimulants. I do take simvastatin, lorsartan, synthroid, and trt of 200 mg of test cyp. Was I on a higher does of test when this happened, yes, 750 mg of TPP, along with 600mg tren E.

Thank you for telling us about it. I already have electrical issues and a slight arrhythmia (PVC) that only flares up when my blood pressure gets too high or when I'm under a lot or stress.

Do you think it's the AAS themselves or other things like stimulants?

I have a thick heart genetically, gave me minor problems for years. At the time I didn’t realize this was the issue. Got on metoprolol seemed to fix it. Was told stop all aas and only run (cardio)very light weight lifting. So now be miserable with the way i look and probably pick up other bad habits along the way. No thankyou, I wont be doing any crazy cycles other than a bump in the trt every now and then. I feel pretty bad now that i toned it down already. I say if what im doing kills me then oh well. I lived for years hating the way i was built not gonna look back now for what it’s worth.

Gotcha, I was wondering. Interesting. Thank you for the info.

How is that quite obvious? I may very well be undiagnosed ADD as I can't focus for crap on alot of days unless I have a bunch of caffeine. What kind of jobs are we talking about that require so much focus? Finance, accounting, actuary, lab tech? Cause honestly most professions such as being a nurse, doctor or lawyer require more expertise than concentration. I know I'm a slow learner due to lack of focus so I'm choosing a career path that relies more on expertise over constant intense concentration. I just think people with ADD just need to find what they're suited for because I think it would suck to have to rely on Adderall to function in daily life. If you use it to help power through an exam or a really hard day I can understand.

You still require focus regardless of what you do for the most part. For me, without the Adderall, I not only can't focus but I can't remember anything...almost at all. I'll literally talk to someone, walk to the other end of the office and I can't remember what we talked about. It makes being successful almost impossible. Even with the Adderall I still have to take notes constantly and review them or I'll forget. It's awful.

I work in IT. So it requires expertise and concentration pretty much every day. I've also worked my way really far in a short time. I don't think I would've been able to get where I am as quickly as I have without it, nor would I be as successful. At the low dose I use, the risk is minimal.

I'll look at the stuff you posted, but I stand by what I said. Some people it makes a huge difference for, me being one of them

That's true, and I can relate to your issues, but for alot of jobs the concentration is primarily during the education and after that you're simply recalling what you've learned. I can understand IT being very technical would be very difficult for someone with ADD. Every day is like a mental grind. I almost took some computer tech classes but I opened one book and said nevermind, I could tell it would be very difficult for me to learn, or perhaps just doesn't interest me as much as the medical field. But I totally get where you're coming from, you're thriving in your career and have alot riding on maintaining mental clarity. I'm actually considering using some low dose adderall for studying and during exams, etc on the days where caffeine doesn't suffice, but I really don't want to rely on it too much once I start working, I'm counting on my knowledge and expertise to get me through the day.

Yeah it's a good decision what you're doing man. I keep my dose very minimal, take as many days off as I can, etc too. I think the buildup to higher doses is what really causes the problems, which my doctor agrees with. Especially on top of using gear.

The medical route was actually the way I was going before I just wound up in tech. I was going to school for biochemistry and was headed more down the medical path instead, and to be honest the IT stuff just fell into my lap and I ran with it. So here we are lol.

Yeah it is a mental drain day in and day out, even in management now. Sometimes I wish I would've stayed the path I was on, but I don't have time for regrets

Yeah bro you're doing great with IT. I didn't realize that Adderall made that much difference, between thriving in a technically demanding career, or possibly having to settle for a mediocre career in construction or a warehouse where less concentration is required. That would be very frustrating knowing you are smart enough to do more but an inability to focus prevents you from achieving something great.

I used to buy adderol from the gay community in my area. Always just thought it was a “gay“ party drug. Strange tho, because I always struggled getting a hard on with things like addys and coke.... but def made me horny.

I keep hearing about this Adderall but I know I already have a addictive side in my genes.

IML Gear Cream!

Is it also called moldefinil?

Modanifil is a slightly different compound but still used for ADD/HD and narcolepsy, sleep apnea, etc. I might be getting some soon actually. It's suppose to be less habit forming than adderall, which I'm guessing may be due to it giving less of a high. I took adderall several times in highschool and it definitely gets you flying pretty high. I took the 30mg time release which will keep you up all night and also multiple 10-20mg full release tabs that hit you harder but wear off sooner. Def strong stuff and it kills your appetite and sexual function, atleast at recreational dosages.

see if you have a gene mutation of the cardiac sarcomere proteins.myosin binding protein C or β-myosin heavy chain. if so that can contribute to the interventricular septal thickness

Ok, here is a super belated update. After doing Echo once a year and having completely weird results I ended up doing heart MRI. Guess what ? I have normal heart without any issues. Apparently echo is not a good exam. It highly depends on the machine and on the examiner

Worrying about your heart being fucked up is probably more damaging than the gear and the hgh is to it. However I totally agree with each and everyone's view on their personal risk assessment. You can be safe and conservative most of your life and still have health problems or you can be risky and live to be 90. Nobody knows what is going to happen though. Toss in preexisting or hereditary issues and everything changes again. So it more of a personal decision to stop using gear and eating bacon to blasting gear and eat bacon. Figuratively speaking.

This is a conversation between your doctors and family. This is serious stuff and don't take anything we say in here as fact. I would go to as many different doctors for as many opinions as possible that your insurance allows.

My LSV is enlarged, but I wasn't shocked to find out... Other than that my ticker is actually pretty good!

jesus christ. you started this thread in 2020. you worried about nothing for 3 years, what an idiot doctor!

Echos are more accurate for function opposed to size/dimensions. So for example: an echo is good to see what your ejection fraction is which is essentially your cardiac output.

In order to do a size comparison you would need the same machine, the same tech and the same doctor reading it each time. Even then there could be some variation but all things would have to be equal before we could draw an accurate size comparison. Sorry I wasn't around when this thread started. I would of advised you of this then. I'm glad you're good 👍

To everyone who says worrying is worse than taking gear. Super unscientific take. Not smart at all
Yes, I’m super detail oriented. And it was s big concern. Grown heart can’t get smaller

thank you for a constructive feedback/advice. That's what one of the best cardiologist told me. So no more size problems LOL
