Zero gears in my body.
Ill post what I eat. I’ll post what I do at the gym. I’ll post pictures.
I’ll do my best to finish the race. 3rd week of December is going to be my end date. My goal: Just get the fuck back in decent shape again. I’m pushing 40. I’m stressed and fed up with some of my toxic behaviors.
Gears: more than likely, test cyp, prop, var or superdrol, mast prop. Not all together and maybe just prop and a oral. Idk.
Im not sure if I’ll follow a repetitious meal plan or if I’ll just do cardio.
