Just got one of those bars in my gym. Haven't used it thoMaxs Daily-
Proviron- 50mg split daily
GH 4ius daily
Cialis 5mg daily
Test Undecanoate 75mg weekly time release **{I get a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed(testosterone undecanoate)every 10 weeks. TRT Prescribed}** for now! Lol
Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed
Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil.
Doing One muscle group daily for now plus cardio and core. Practicing my barbell work
Example: 225lbs : 50 reps Barbell slight incline.
Controlled, no momentum but as many sets in a row with lowest break time until hitting 50 total reps. Takes a lot longer that I thought. My warm up is the same and cardio. Just trying to get the large muscle groups ready for heavy work and less aerobic lifting in a few weeks! I will continue posting up when I get a plan down.
A lot of concentration on stability and stretching my muscles really deep. Pausing and dropping-stretching farther and farther. My focus is being functional and not stiff! Diet is similar but a lot more raw and slightly cooked vegetables(broiling, baking, grilling) staying away from pre made anything. Of course I will indulge after 6 days of good eating. I did have wings last night naked and made my own dipping sauces. Very good but felt a bit sick afterwards! I guess 2 dozen is NOT a good amount of chicken skin and fat! Lol

Looking at these!! Probably gonna get the 6/8 grip Swiss barbell. Just to practice all these different grips. I am hoping to be able to get an upper/lower pulley system but, as things go; my financial extras are going to increased bills. My cat is well....seems okay but; has not been eating or drinking. Still in the woods. I am fine, just a bit distraught. My training is always a priority because it always is: if I slack off, I do not feel good. It keeps you mentally healthy getting the daily training in. Especially Now!
