MAX’S 4 WEEK BELIGAS WINNY/TRT LOG
Beligas Winstrol 60mg Ed
Beligas T3
Proviron- 50mg split daily
Grey top GH 3iu daily {am fasted}
Test Undecanoate 75mg weekly time release **{I get a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed(testosterone undecanoate)every 10 weeks. TRT Prescribed}** for now! Lol
Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed

Daily supplements: 2g circumin w Bioperine, 3g of MIC(each component, 3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mf Tudca, tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, 10mg Noopept.

I am using pure bodyweight movements for this and do not have my home gym set up yet. I will be squeeze-pause-flexing rep technique targeting the muscle during the peak of each contraction. Legs are a bit more complicated and I employ a lot of super-slow, pause, explosive type tempo/lifts, Resis bands, etc

*All Bodyweight Exercises- 100 rep sets vary- upper, lower, repeat. One day off.

Speedwalk indoor treadmill 3.7-4.6mph(weighted/reg)or walk-sprints outside-100m sprint, 300m walk, repeat (15-45min)*

I eat 6x times per day and it is mostly lean proteins, vegetables, fruit, and nuts.

Upon waking 3iu gh, T4
*Black coffee cold brew plain, mixed with 64 Oz water for cardio.

Meal 1-45g whey isolate , 20 HBCD carbs, 40oz water. 3 servings of fresh fruit (post cardio)*
Meal 2- 5oz over fried Haddock ,2 soft boiled eggs, broccoli, water.
Meal 3- 60g whey isolate w 60g dextrose/maltodextrin carb powder shake post training
Meal4- 2 eggs, 2 irish bangers, avocado, sauces and cbd herbs.
Meal5- 5 oz fresh sardines 1/3 cup Brazil nuts
Meal6- cottage cheese/pineapple 16 oz
**Snacks always- boiled eggs, raw vegetables, nuts, jerky/Italian meats, small select cheeses, olives.
2gal water and 2 cups cold brew coffee daily.

Appreciate you guys/gals and hope all is well, I have been truly blessed and training has kept me sane during quarantine. One positive note is that my cooking has gone to a new level! lol. I definitely have found out that working out without weights or a gym is not awesome; it is super difficult and takes a shitload of ingenuity and I have the utmost respect for people who helped me learn how to hit some new techniques. That said; I literally am so pumped and am doing something everyday day to get my gym done and cannot wait!! Finally said Fuck it and bought a treadmill! I wanted a used commercial Stepmill or Versaclimber but it was not happening. It also fits the space well and that is a huge plus{not like I run anyway!! Lol}. This weekend should be fun; my girl promised “ a new OUTFIT “ which I hope means, she is charged up! . The Winstrol has been great and I forgot how much extra energy I have! Getting those extra reps and definitely increased my prowess!! I went or 7 mo TRT only! besides testing 4ml of DHB{which was awesome btw}. The longest time ever...seemed like years!! I made a sick ass twist on an Irish breakfast for my cheat meal, it was perfecto ! I got all my sausages made by the butcher and I mainly use pork tenderloin and my own recipes; nice being able to phone in what I want. Looking forward to hunting season so I can stock up on Venison and Elk. Instead of hog fat; I started using Beef fat(tallow/suet) a few years ago and it is ten times better; makes the venison sausages taste more like elk which is getting harder and harder to come by. Have a great weekend!! Also, if anyone has a favorite attachment that I can add, please post up! I am looking at multi bars and a newer chain belt so brand or type would be cool.
**Remember: Stick to your training and reach one goal per day, that is key!

I can't imagine. Every time I'm choking down my own chicken and rice, I hate myself just a little.

I feel your pain! When I show a lot of my food; it is what I make but; I modify my plate. When dieting it is pretty plain Jane but; I capitalize on my cheat meals and am very creative with plain foods!

I have seen a lot of crazy food vids on YouTube. My sis showed me some of the ROCK’s Cheat meals. I watch Babish and actually have online cooking lessons w/ famous chefs that I pay for. It is another passion that I was born into loving. Food porn is probably more exciting than porn- porn; for me! !

I was about ready to go on Sharktank TV show and sell a fucking frisbee that will - “ HELP YOU LOSE 15lbs in 30 days!l”. Lol I swear - nothing puts on good muscle but true weight training because I literally tried everything. Lol. Building this space is my solace! . Without reading the whole tread, one thing I know about you Max, is that you live the lifestyle and stay in shape year ‘round. No “blasting and cruising”, just calculated consuption of food, supplement and drugs where needed. You are in the smaller population here and logs of your runs will apply to real results for very few.
It’s great to see and follow but unless folks start to understand all of this isn’t some sort of intuitive, random world where calculation isn’t necessary, no one will match your results.

Example, I just saw a new post of “10% bodyfat” from a guy who apparently doesn’t weigh food. We both know what an actual 10% looks like and what it takes to get there. It ain’t easy and very few guy are 10% at random.

It is crazy how difficult it has been! I literally got an alert for the powerblocks and pulled over right away. By the time I clicked in...it was gone! I’m talking maybe 1 min tops! Craziness.
I am probably going to end up getting mixed brands because at this point, I have scoured the internet and local. I definitely am not buying from a scam site or China. One thing about Rogue; they are expensive but; it is lifetime and welded in Columbus , USA! They are really a decent company along with Titan. Just sucks that Titan stuff doesn’t fit Rogue. You can fit Rogue to Titan though. Damn cluster fuck! Lol.
I finally am getting some items OTW as far as accessories but dumbbells and bumper plates are Ridiculous. I wish I owned a fitness equipment company. Maybe they started this shit!! Kidding ! I am trying to get mirrors now, IKEA is looking like the place. I never realized how reliant my mind/muscle connection is on one. A lot of people think it is for Vanity and I definitely agree but, it is much more; training without them even doing banding and other bodyweight movements I noticed how they are an integral part of what we do.

Appreciate you following along for the ride!! After the minis, I am doing a long 5 months of straight bulking!!. Monitoring my system is key. No dirty bulks for this guy! I am going to have 2 cheat meals per week always!! But I have embraced trying to eat low to Zero processed foods. The store “HEALTH” section is about the worst !! All the paleo and keto meals have like 49 ingredients; especially gluten-free. I am going more modified- Mediterranean as much as possible.

My home gym looks like something out of Rocky IV. A month of me going nuts at home before my wife let me know there was an old Olympic iron set rusting in my father in law's backyard (along with a 64 1/2 Mustang and 55 Chevy Bel Air. He actually decked it out. He reupholstered it and ground the rust off the weights and painted them. Got everything I need but a squat rack.

Are you running the winnie with your regular trt protocol? Other than provi I've never added anything else while cruising (except MK677 to bulk).

I used to do lung lung and double squat the 1/4 mile track and throw in 100 toe touches on either end. It is a MF of a body weight leg routine. Also give this calve raise routine a try. On the edge of a couple plates raise and hold in the raised position for one second, double raise and hold for two seconds, all the way to 15. They will be on fire.

It should be anchored in the floor this week! Got a ways to go waiting on some equipment but, nothing will stop me!! I am running exactly as posted : my Aveed TRT is low but; I am taking the win along side it. It is mainly two- mini 4 week blasts to see quality and how it goes; also to get my self ready for a full on Bulk! I have 2 weeks left on this 4 week Beligas winny, then I am switch out to a Dbol for 4 weeks. After that then I am designing a Full Cyborg Bulk after that. I will be using a mix of lines: not sure what brands but I do have the compounds down. It will get very interesting as I am doing a Gh/peptide blend/?? Ped experiment on top of my bulk. Nothing outrageous but I have been wanting to do it for a while. Appreciate anyone following. I am meticulously planning for a 1000% better 2021 !
