MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle. My goal is to build up my base and overall power for my upcoming bodybuilding program. I will be eating 3 large meals, 1 snack and a morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders) and a pre/intra shake(EEA’s/electrolytes/HBCD’s/BCAA’s) with a post workout shake of mixed carbs/proteins/5g Creapure

. I am 214lbs and have been doing 75min cardio 6 days a week. I am cutting that to 20-30min Daily and am upping my calories(as I have been restricting them until now). I will naturally(well..HRT natural, Lol) get up to 223-225lbs the next weeks and then start blast. Plan is to gain as much size & power safely during the blast, probably hit 235-240lbs before dropping weight. 197lbs is heaviest I can compete at in my division of Classic.
Look forward to beginning my program but am taking my time getting my form, joints, and muscles ready. Time for Power and Big Meals!!
