Thanks GT! It has been really difficult with all the gyms and rules , glad I built my own gym(just in case). I am gonna take the rest of the year and hopefully bulk up all my areas including my joint health! These growth factors can protect you if used correctly.

Cholula!! Good stuff

Gotta love Cholula & other hot sauces! I usually have about 20 types for making lean food taste better. I am trying new foods at different times, more fats early and zero fats after 5pm. Staying lean until my bulk starts. Getting excited for my upcoming peptides/gh/sarm experiment

Nice Max! My bulk log will also start in about 3 weeks, tomorrow will be the last day of vacation then it’s time for bloods & maybe a little detox and then it’s time again!

Indeed! I am going to take in a lot of berries for my sugar carbs during my bulk and I am hoping all the antioxidants can help with my health during my high level feedings. The particular diet /training/ and ped schedule , will be quite interesting for all of you. I am doing something completely new and even better than before. It is going to be my best program to date. Looking forward to sharing once I get everything in order . I am not only doing it for BB science and learning but , to yield impressive gains for 2022 competitions!!

MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

Back Squats
Front Squats
Push Presses
Clean & Jerk
Military Presses
Power Snatch
Power Cleans

I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle. My goal is to build up my base and overall power for my upcoming bodybuilding program. I will be eating 3 large meals, 1 snack and a morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders) and a pre/intra shake(EEA’s/electrolytes/HBCD’s/BCAA’s) with a post workout shake of mixed carbs/proteins/5g Creapure,3.5g Carnosyn, 3gBetaTor, and 3g Yolked. I am 214lbs and have been doing 75min cardio 6 days a week. I am cutting that to 20-30min Daily and am upping my calories(as I have been restricting them until now). I will naturally(well..HRT natural, Lol) get up to 223-225lbs the next weeks and then start blast. Plan is to gain as much size & power safely during the blast, probably hit 235-240lbs before dropping weight. 197lbs is heaviest I can compete at in my division of Classic.

Look forward to beginning my program but am taking my time getting my form, joints, and muscles ready. Time for Power and Big Meals!!
