Training is going well. My metabolism is still ridiculous, eating major quantities of vegetables & fruit & nuts. Added in some extra blood/liver/organ supps along with my high cardio lifestyle. I have not lost any strength at all and my body definitely want to get the weight back quickly. I have spoken with my people and am going to focus on stepping up to Classic. For me to progress, I am going to step my weight up pretty high. In my Height/Weight class (generally), the maximum weight for 5’9” is 197lbs which my body naturally likes to be 213-218. I have gone up to a clean 228 before(not ripped) but bulking. So, the plan is to train for true Bodybuilding, No fancy schmancy stuff besides the torso and glute/ham tie-ins & extra attention to movements to widen and thicken every single muscle group. This was this morning and I am not even doing a lat spread! My goal: I literally want to create the widest lat spread while keeping a tiny waist, Create Boulder Delts and ridiculous legs(especially the outer quads. I have a really good V-taper but am gonna concentrate on a Super X-frame to go with it. I look at bodies all day and I always come back to watching Oly Champs : Dorian Yates comes time mind! Omg! When he flares the Cobra back ...it was so huge and Raw ! So I will be hitting some heavy duty and volume training . Like a painter/artist , I have a clear picture in my head. I know what needs to be done , so I am 100% focused on the goal and job at hand. I am working with a great guy and he is a longtime family friend who is and was a massive BB. I will listen and hopefully learn his ways. Time to actually hit a real nice cruise with a (full ped) cycle. I am not going to use some ridiculously high amounts of whey & creatine to do it, I am going to have the Big 3 supps that are required . I have great MD supervision and of course a lot of other medical professionals to watch over and keep me healthy(the wealthy & wise part may take more time)
. I feel blessed that I get to have a wonderful life and that I have my health! This was always going to happen. I literally have a picture of me at 2yrs old and I have a 25lb dumbbell in my hand in a dank garage wearing underwear, lol. I always have been active & played high level sports but, I gave it all up for my love of this sport and have zero regrets. Lots to learn and plenty of time. I wrote some great articles (research medicines:stuff & medical/BB advancements). I will start posting up some food, Women, and will let you have a glimpse into my “Plan of Action”. I literally loved my first time walking on to a bodybuilder stage. I do have experience in performing and speaking to very large crowds and I hope that comfortability will help me. Hard to explain but, there is no drug that gives you the euphoria of a big crowd and doing something you enjoy.

That is just normal relaxed. Now I am going to get my weight up to around 240-245 slowly into 2022. I may bulk and cut once or twice but mark my words..I will have a back & body of a top pro! It may take longer but I am in no rush. Gonna pack on some massive muscle and size(I literally have never let myself gain too much weight or size. It was always about changing aesthetically on a constant basis. The goal is clear.
Remember, reach at least one goal per day !
