Lol! Thanks AR-15! I definitely think NOT having a gym and having to use just my Barbells and Chainbelt(bodyweight exercises) helped A lot! Cardio - Treadmill - 60min 3.9mph
Hanging Crunches - 45lb 4 sets 10-12 reps
Incline Curls{same time} 3 sets 6-8 reps weight never twists/palms up 35lb, 35 lb 4 sets 6-9 reps very slow, strict.
Barbell Lunges - 3 set 6-8 reps 135 ,135, 145. Failed !
Incline Flyes 3 sets 6-9 reps 35, 47,47 style arms slight bend, perfect ARC style
Toes out goblet squats w 82+lbs Glutes
Today was Big Salad Day! I think I definitely got about 12-15 servings of raw vegetables today. I added 6-9oz of steak, shrimp, and blackened chicken to each one. I used my Hulk Sauce Dressing and my Italian Balsamic Homemade dressings! Looking forward to all this good fresh food! Nice to have delivery service. I always make sure to click no substitutions! Getting ready for the Pump!! I am excited! I will keep you abreast of my upcoming program. I think you will like it!
