    Lol! Thanks AR-15! I definitely think NOT having a gym and having to use just my Barbells and Chainbelt(bodyweight exercises) helped A lot! It has been a Back to Basics routine mostly besides on the road. I am super excited to do a real blast of a run! Nothing too outrageous. Iíll leave you with these

    Beligas Cialis 5mg daily
    Beligas T3 or T4
    Beligas- Adex and Nolvadex as needed
    Test Undecanoate 75mg per week
    {It is a single 3ml/750mg shot of Aveed
    given by Nurse every 10 weeks@ clinic
    Proviron- 25mg: 12.5 am/pm daily

    Daily supplements: Liver Rinse & Gallbladder Scrub by New World Nutritionals-one scoop has 15g per serving- 3g each component of MIC{9g},3g Betaine anhydrous{tmg}, 300mg Tudca},1-2 tbsp Knox getatin, 3g MSM, 800mg SAMe, 100mg. r-ala, 3g hemp/mix oil, Blackseed oil and slin supp{custom}, BetaTor{hmb-fa}
    6g m/w/f : 3g th/thur/sat/sun{1g 3x a day}.
    1 serving- Monstadon by New World with Creapure 5g post-training.

    MAX 5X5 WORKOUT
    Monday - Wednesday - Friday
    Also: change grip or order intermittent
    EXAMPLE:
    Squats 5 sets x 5 reps
    Barbell Row 5 sets x 5 reps

    All exercise are 2 warm up sets , 3 working seats 6-8 reps
    Cardio- 1 hr+ cool down
    Walking Lunges - 4 sets to fail{outside}
    Sissy Squats - 4 sets to fail
    Leg Extensions- 8, 9, 11 {think it is 80,90,110}
    just marked 1-18*
    Calf raises - off porch, 2 sets- one non stop to fail, last set super slow really letting stretch at bottom and flexing at top as hard as possible* ate all the fresh fruit in this house so will have some dropped off.

    Thursday - using light weight kinda !
    Cardio - Treadmill - 60min 3.9mph
    Hanging Crunches - 45lb 4 sets 10-12 reps
    Incline Curls{same time} 3 sets 6-8 reps weight never twists/palms up 35lb, 35 lb 4 sets 6-9 reps very slow, strict.
    Barbell Lunges - 3 set 6-8 reps 135 ,135, 145. Failed !
    Incline Flyes 3 sets 6-9 reps 35, 47,47 style arms slight bend, perfect ARC style
    Toes out goblet squats w 82+lbs Glutes

    Today was Big Salad Day! I think I definitely got about 12-15 servings of raw vegetables today. I added 6-9oz of steak, shrimp, and blackened chicken to each one. I used my Hulk Sauce Dressing and my Italian Balsamic Homemade dressings! Looking forward to all this good fresh food! Nice to have delivery service. I always make sure to click no substitutions! Getting ready for the Pump!! I am excited! I will keep you abreast of my upcoming program. I think you will like it!
