I don’t make eye contact and if I do; I head flip amd back to singing to my self or crazy talk-singing! . Or , I tell them “ I super interested in (blah blah ) , but I have to get my session Done; if your around Id love to show you (smiling big the whole time) . They get it. And , tbh if I stay covered up with a cap, barely anyone ,, (well, that’s a lie)not too many people come up. The problem is: I am someone people know here and know I am super nice , so they all wanna talk. I am used to it and love to speak about it whether I’m at work , a store, at Disneyland, whatever ! I like it too. .

Well, that is a good question : 2022 and I will do a state show , then more depending how I do, may be a lot of shows . I may go to other countries also; Tbh, it is not fully in my hands, it is truly but, I’ll do whatever shows I am asked to do. Now being in shape is key so, that is why I stayed lean the whole time . I am 6 weeks out at any time . Not saying I’ll win , I’m new but, I’ll do it . I’ll tell y’all so I can meet more of you guys for sure.

So. I have had some very cool jobs/gigs the past months. I actually wish I could share more. Let’s just say I got to play dress up and got paid for it(not bodybuilding surprisingly) either. I had a blast, I’d post a pic but it would defined ruin some things, lol. It was so rad, I will be able to share some time. Also, I got to wear a tuxedo so: you can imagine how that went with the costume designer. It felt really good though and was super fun; I did take some pics after wards(when I got my phone back). Training was sick and I have to do it all over again today! Lol. I can say, without a doubt, I love women soo much; especially the ones I work for/with. They help push me to branch out and hit my potential in multiple areas of life. I would easily get taken advantage of if it wasn’t for some smart girls that work with me(*basically made sure I got paid proper*). I would have done it free, tbh. This(pic)was after 16 hours of work on my way back home, thank god for drivers, I was so tired and everyone was just waking up. I am wanting to go 100% on the weights so bad but, I am holding back and using my wits (lifting smart).

I am planning on doing the iCandy In Pretoria, SA in December 2023 when I’m 60. I think competing internationally is fun. Different experience completely. In Mexico there are no individual routines so for guys like me who suck at posing, it’s awesome. Solamente cuarto giros derecha.

Looking forward to moving into Full “Max Weight” mode after one more week. Glad I warmed up! Holy shit . Well. Had a good reminder last night how hard decline weighted sit ups are ana how bad they burn up the low back if done sloppily or too fast! Lol. I am excited to watch “Dune” and it got good reviews so, that and some good bbq are going to happen Sunday, my day off! (Which is funny....off! Yeah right) . I am busy and busting ass. Looking forward to moving into Full “Max Weight” mode after one more week. Glad I warmed up! Holy shit . Well. Definitely recommend the new “DUNE” movie and make sure to see on IMAX if possible, but at the theatre at least. Hasn’t been a movie visually and emotionally grip me in some time. Well it is back to Monday and to work! My day off was great but busy and I am looking forward to hitting my AM Cardio and the gym this evening . Keep prepping and always have your grocery list on the fridge so u can screenshot! I have a cool one as I run through certain products quickly(Fairlife, meats, produce& fruit) I did find pre-cut sweet potatoes into cubes ready to cook, I may(may!) add them into my list as they have zero other ingredients but, idk how long they last. Had a good start to my week and finally got an air fryer(big Ninja) gifted to me. I used it on some venison cube steaks and made a gluten free breading and they turned out great! Definitely not going to get into the habit as it leads to me wanting fried or Tempura ! Feel really good and am just starting to bump things up to about 75%. I am not using any slin and hope to be able to get at least a partial effect with GDA timing/gh and peptides. It was going to be part of the larger 3 day gh doses but, my physician was against it unless I was using gh daily. My calories are around 4,000+ and will move up to 4,500 this week, and move up from there. I want to track total kcals because the highest I ever used was 6,700-7,000 a day for 30 days and that was along with my first run(young). My metabolism is a lot different and I am a lot bigger(or more mature), now. I am hoping this GDA formula works well enough(with taking tests) to see if it could possibly replace medication for type 2 diabetics. Indian liver care products are completely different than our liver and diabetic care products as they use Ayurvedic/Botanicals(and the university studies~Always disagree). People know what CAN work or Help, but these supp companies make formulas with low, ineffective milligrams of effective compounds. Obviously, always looking for a way to help others and make a living. I am trying this PC(phosphatidylcholine) with phospholipids 1.3g . It is for anti aging, brain:neuro but, I am trying it for the liver/organ benefits(which are very compelling) especially that they are using for people with NASH and Fatty Liver Disease and great outcomes. I’ll let u know , it would be nice to be able to either use less PED amounts or have less sides or harm just by using. Kick Ass and...

Well man got my shoulder harness off today i feel so much better he gave me 6 more weeks to do more therapy ,i don’t go back to see him until December 7th my PT changed today ans I feeling little bettsr sbout my progress

Such a nice thing ! Normal showers and just getting rid of it! I cannot stand slings/casts (I cut my own off and had my jaw wired shut (I used pliers and ripped em out! Sick Congrats!

No Doubt ! Never get greedy and never say, “I am in a rush or a hurry “ My papa gave me that advice as a kid (before I got my permit ) I was a Dirt Bike , Cart Racing Speed Demon ! Unfortunately, at 16 , my best friend sittng next to me (was killed in our wreck ) along with 5 Other guys who are all permanently injured in some way. I flew 200+ ft from crash bouncing/skin dragging into concrete ! Real Bad ! I was just sittng on the R-rear well in the back of the jacked Conv Truck and (well let’s just say, the driver was going 80+ and didn’t know our area and a turn was coming and he whipped side ways and I was ejected into the air (I remember every second ) I just Locked arms around my head (thinking : I will Live if I protect my neck/head ) . I was right ! But broke many bones , and not from sports which at least I was accomplishing something! Drive smart !

Doing Awesome and had some really good job contract offers(got em both) !! Super happy. More travel!! Plus I get to be around some Strange! Lol. All is well , I had some Sick ass Venison Chili!! My lil sis made for me with Gluten Free Sweet Iron Skillet Cornbread ...omg ! I could have taken the whole pan and dumped her chili over it ! Sooo good! My strength is gone up quickly and I am assuring myself a Killer Blast ! I am not happy with certain , targeted inflation and a certain Country that is making sure that a lot of my top supplements, food items are either “out of stock” or they literally cannot get their API or ingredients. I talked with Now Foods Co and Toniq LLC personally ! Beyond Now being so pissed at the FDA/FTC/Big Pharma for the “NAC “ thing. They are having mega problems in two way:
1. Certain extracts and Aminos along with the lipid carriers from the other countries ! Of course they take the products and purity them, process , test . All that .
2. The China companies that Toniq gets these super concentrates - (even if planet is derived from Africa/South Am/India ; they rely on China ! But not only are they running out; they and NowSports NowFoods have strict testing , microbiologists, a whole staff to test everything and they are getting sub par or weak stuff. (They don’t sell it of course but, it is putting a lot of Stuff on major delays or High Prices!
Done. Lol. I am getting a Nice Burgmann 650,a BMW C 400 X, a Kymco or Honda 400-750 Moped just because I am so sick of traffic and I literally can go between cars , sidewalks, and save on gas ! I have Electric but I also have a Jeep CJ7 which I ran out of gas in a mega freeway (had a Half tank ) and sitting in 3-4 traffic was a nightmare. Done with wasting any extra time in a car !!
